Sophisticated country side Atmosphere, excellent cuisine and service, great wines, and a very innovative setting makes this a memorable visit! Perhaps best during the day to enjoy the beautiful surroundings !

The dining experience here was a supreme delight from beginning to finish. We were met at the parking lot and shown the garden and farm. Then we were introduced to the various locations where they made wine, pickled vegetables, ground coffee etc. Appetizers were served in sofa chairs next to the bar in a rustic room. Then it was through the kitchen to the main dining room which is airy and has lots of really interesting antiques. The use of local ingredients was very appealing and the flavors shone through. This meal beat many of the hundreds of Michelin star restaurants we had experienced.

We went on a Saturday night and we had a wonderful meal. The place prides itself on being KM0, even their own water. We had impecable service and personalised attention from the great chef Andrés Torres. We enjoyed the delights of the La Vinya tasting menu with the cheese selection. Unfortunately it was raining so we didn't get to see how the local produce is cultivated so we will have to repeat. They even have the option of staying over night. We were presented with some local eggs and crafts when we left. We will be back.

We go to nice restaurants all the time, but there isn’t any restaurant with the service, food and setting quite like casa nova. It’s absolutely beautiful, they make you feel like you’re family, and the food is to die for. We’ve gone several times now, and it’s our favorite restaurant by far. You’ll never regret going to eat here.

Stellar service and food. We had the 9 course tasting menu. Nearly everything on the plate was grown onsite or came from nearby. The onion "three ways" was very memorable, a lovely play on french onion soup. Allow at least 3 hours and enjoy yourself.

This is probably the best restaurant I've ever been to. the only thing is that it is not very close to the city, but it is worth it. the food is second to none. service at a very cool level. the design is stylish, a very beautiful yard and such beautiful vineyards nearby. I recommend

Normally always 10 out of 10 points! But this time the lady in the service was not up to the expected standard. We had ordered the lunch tasting menu together with wine pairing and at the last course with the meat, the service forgot to pour the red wine which goes together with the meat. This would not have been a problem if the person in charge had simply told us that they had forgotten and had made a little mistake. However, instead of admitting the little mistake, a series of unconvincing excuses started: that they wanted to serve us the last red or white wine of the pairing with the desert - which seemed really weird, especially because we have been at this place already various times before and we know that with the dessert they always offer to order outside of the wine pairing dessert wines … Will we come back? Of course! The owner who is the chef is simply amazing and a mistake can always happen, however we recommend simply admitting when little mistakes happen, everybody will understand. :)
