10/10The restaurant looks like inside a boat, the food is delicious. The plateau are well furnished ! Just pay attention: crustacés and fruits de mer descriptions on the menu are reversed.

4.5/10Ordered the oysters: there was oyster shell in the flesh. Not acceptable of kitchen doesn’t know how to open oysters Had the bisque d’hommard which was tasteless. I suspect the watered it down as the didn’t have a full portion. It served with half a lobster. You actually only get the flesh of two claws. Overall inferior quality food/preparation. They aspire to a Michelin star. No chance. An inspector would crucify them on this meal.

6.5/10Food was very good even though I prefer less elaborate dishes, especially with seafood. Service was not the best, waiters where not neat and did not follow typical dining etiquette. Experience was however good.

7/10Today California roll was simply disgusting. Rice over boiled like plasticine. I had an impression that the roll was old. Please keep the quality of the food on a daily bases.

6.5/10The food was good but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. Guess it wasn’t the waitress’s day today. She did not offer the menu card in English while she heard an English speaking person as if she was afraid that she would be approached with another language but Dutch. It’s at the harbor where people from all over the world visit so she should be able to speak. She didn’t explain the dishes nor mentioned whether they had a special of the day…. It seems as if she was rushing the table off Not sure whether it was arrogance or the size of the group or anything besides that, but regardless you are the restaurant representative the “Visitekaartje” from the company! Without visitors no business!

4/10We did the Michelin set lunch and it was pretty disappointing. The food itself was average and the service was extremely slow, even for European standards. Incorrect dishes were brought out and taken back, side salads were missing from half of my groups meals even though we all ordered the same thing…it felt disorganized and one waiter was clearly pulling the wait for the whole team. You’re better off going to the Simonis in Scheveningen for kibbeling.

4.5/10They should not do a “Michelin special” if they are going to treat subscriber like low paying customers. There was no menu and there were no options, i was just told what i would be served. The appertizer came after an hour and it was a tea cup of oversalted cold soup and just one shrimp. Then after another 30 mins, the main dish came which was the only fairly good meal. The overall experience was just regretable

6.5/10The food was good but the service was poor. The waiters run a lot but with no interest to our table even if you ordered champagne and good wine to celebrate, our waiter acted like a machine. No smile, advices, ...and when we left, nobody care. No greetings... It is not what you expect from a restaurant of that level. Also the music ( on top of our table) is not pleasant and adapted. So,vyes food was good but not sure I will return.

7.5/10The welcome at the door was not very warm, our first impression was: we hope the food is better than the smile of the female host. The Fruits de Mer were very good and the portion size was huge (we were kindly warned beforehand). I would have expected some bread to come with it (it was available as an extra order). Vegetable choice is very limited. Wine was good, and service at the table was very friendly.

10/10I went for lunch and the ambiance was relaxed yet still classy. The food was delicious, the staff was knowledgable and able to make recommendations. The menu had plenty of amazing options, so I can try something new the next time. The view of the harbor was nice, even from a table inside the restaurant. The service was prompt and friendly.

5/10Lobster was reheated and not freshly cooked. One dish came 10 minutes after the other dishes and the chips were forgotten. Disappointing all around.

7/10I ve asked per phone before to make a reservation outside and with view to the harbour .....after arrival in right time , the manager offered a tabel in the first floor INSIDE and NO view to the harbout ......we refuse to stay at this place .....after 30 min. waiting time she arranged an outdoor table with view ....this was super , but first we have had some stress to get the right place although I´ve asked by phone before and this was confirmed ...

7.5/10It was not possible to get sitting preferences specified with the reservation. We did not get prior warning via the app or a phone call that these requirements could not be met and no apologises when being sited. The plateau of crustaces was disappointing because it included too many crayfishes and not enough crab. Only 3 very end tip of the pinching parts of the claws (not full claws) were served.

3.5/10Loud music, dirty menus, inattentive and inconsiderate stuff, overcooked fish.... a friend recommended this place and disappointment is an overstatement. For almost 80 euro / head spent you get a much better deal somewhere else

10/10It was a really special restaurant with a good atmosphere , a very friendly waiter and very good food. Especially the vegetarian offers were creative and tasty. Only one point the cooks should change: it's not necessary to cook big crabs alive - they taste the same if you kill them first - but they suffer less! Especially big crabs cool the boiling water down and so they die very slowly and cruel. Please think it over!
