6.5/10Centro has 2 very different menus. Their brunch menus seems "Americanized" while their dinner menu features much more typically Italian items. The location (less than 5 minutes from Termini station) was ideal for our itinerary. Everyone's tastes vary but I suggest avoiding the fried pizza if ordering from the brunch menu; it's just a fried ball of dough topped with some tomato sauce and a little bit of cheese.

10/10We were a little early for normal dinner hours, so not everything was available. No problem, as everyone was kind and attentive. What we did get was excellent. Meatballs as an appetizer. Skirt steak for my husband. And grilled aubergine for me -- surprisingly filling. A quick glass of prosecco, and we were satisfied.

7/10Staff were friendly and welcoming. The menu was rather limited when we visited due to a technical issue in the kitchen, which meant they apparently couldn't fry anything. The meatball starter was tasty but luke warm, and the clam spaghetti was bland.

10/10Centro was a small restaurant in Rome not far from the train station and our hotel. It was a pleasant bistro type atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was very good and well priced.

10/10Beautiful and tasty surprise! First time for me I visited this restaurant: good atmosphere both for business and family, the food was excellent and the service fast and particularly polite. The preparation of the different courses was accurate and pleasant to see as well as to eat. Great experience, I'll come back soon!

9.5/10Def not a traditional Italian restaurant, even though it serves some of the Roman classics. But everything was very well executed with fresh ingredients and super tasty. The service is second to none and the bar very well stocked with a talented bar man. We enjoyed our evening very much.

7/10On a Sunday you will see a bistrot all'italienne. Noisy, packed and everyone munching their grub. This experience alone honored my booking. The food was not so earth shattering but okay.

10/10Our first evening in Rome we dined at Centro!! From authentic Tonnarelli Cacio E Pepe to Carbonara we enjoyed a terrific meal in a charming atmosphere. Complimenti to Mateo, our waiter, and to the Restaurant’s Chef. Made for a wonderful conclusion to our first night in Roma!!

7/10We really enjoyed the food, and we appreciated that our table was ready and we could sit down early. But we felt sorry for the server who was alone on his section, Our table was booked for 20.00, and were sat down about 19.40 and asked if we could order drinks. We recieved water right away, and were told he would come back to take our drink order. We waited a very long time before any order was taken, I checked the time, and it was past 20.30 when we finally got to order. At this point we ordered both drinks and food. Our drinks did not arrive before we were all finishing our starter/primi. Other than the slow service we were very happy. The place has a lot of potential, they just need more staff, which is not the servers fault.

6.5/10We had a carbonara and an amatriciana. Both were very very salty and we couldn't enjoy it. Additionally there are only a few wine etiquettes offered. Service was polite, friendly and quick. Nice decoration too.

9/10The Octpous dish was excellent, as were the charred greens. A busy lunchtime vibe so make sure you book well ahead. Handily located near to Termini station

9.5/10What a find. Service a touch over attentive but that can’t be a bad thing but the guys in the kitchen certainly know what they are doing and understand flavours. We are always looking for a ‘hidden’ gem in every city we visit and this is Rome’s. The bruschetta were excellent, ravioli and lamb cutlets (it wasn’t really a rack) superb and we haven’t experienced a better sweet than the chocolate mousse Stanza in any of our visits to Michelin restaurants. Go enjoy.
