I was very excited to try the restaurant. The service was very very slow. The waiter had forgotten our order and we waited about 45min to have our main dish. When we told him about it he wasn’t very pleasant. Very disappointed. The food is average if you are used to good restaurants in Paris.

Food was great as normal, but service was rushed and muddled, an aperitif was ordered, one came with main course the other was forgotten! And when reminded there was no apology!! Great value for money but they need to get their service sorted to a better standard

My husband and I found this restaurant by accident on our first visit to Paris (about 8 yrs ago) and have come back every year on the first day of our stays. This year we managed to visit twice, January and this week in June with our youngest daughter. It’s our favourite restaurant in Paris - no exceptions. We know we have an arrived in Paris when we are greeted with a smile, the table is pulled out so we can squeeze in among Parisians eating lunch and the blackboard menu is presented to us as I hear crusty bread being cut to fill baskets. We have loved every dish - which change constantly - that has emerged from the tiny busy kitchen tucked behind the counter. The wine is great, as is the service and the ambience is perfect. Really reasonably priced too. If you find yourself in this area, stop by (good to reserve in summer months), sit downstairs if they can fit you in and watch life go by the window. I can’t wait to visit again ♥️

The lady welcoming new diners was UNwelcoming and I would rate this restaurant low because of her but the fellow who served us and the other fellow in charge of billing were so gentle, kind, and friendly. The food was better than I’d expected and the portions were generous. The restaurant is in a touristy area but was not a trap by any means. I would confidently book with them.

We had the duck breast and the lamb and both were amazing. The service was excellent also. Highly recommend. It’s a gem.

The servers were exceptional and the food was very good. They remembered to put a J on my girlfriend's dessert even though I did not remind them at the start of the dinner. Very professional and extremely appreciated! Would come again for sure

This was an incredible place to have dinner with friends from out of the country! The service was top notch and the food was delicious. It was a quaint ambiance. Will be coming back!

Love Cepe & Figue and make a reservation to dine there before every trip to Paris, and I go frequently. Authentic French food, well prepared, cozy ambiance, family run. And the prices are excellent for the quality.

It’s a warm and cozy space, very small but with great ambiance. My 7 hour lamb was tender and delicious but the flavor was a little bland to me. The apple crumble dessert was delicious! I would go back!!

+3My friends and I discovered this fantastic restaurant by chance on our previous visit to Paris in November. We just HAD to return on this visit! Once again, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere really nice, but the food was absolutely incredible!

ATTENTION/BEWARE: Si vous commandez plus de deux choses, la réduction de 20% avec LaFourchette est plus chère que le prix de la formule et le restaurant vous facturera le prix le plus élevé. If you order more than two items, the "20%" reduction with TheFork is actually more expensive than the formule (which is offered at night) and the restaurant will charge you the higher price. It is very misleading to advertise a reduction with TheFork. The food was good except for the escargots which were disappointingly small, dry and lacking the usual amounts of garlicky butter. Our waitress was friendly and did a good job, but the older blonde woman who seems to be the manager or owner was less than helpful and not at all friendly. When I asked for a menu to choose a digestif, she acknowledged me then went back to clearing tables and never brought the menu or asked anyone else to. I had to ask our waitress (who had been busy) who finally brought it. We received a bill without the expected 20% reduction so inquired about that. A new bill was brought with the "reduction" and a higher final charge! The older woman shrugged and basically said "too bad, you chose the reduction and you can't change." Wow. Not a huge difference in price, but a huge disincentive to ever eat at this place again. Note: The restaurant is small and in a very touristy area.

We stumbled into this lovely restaurant 2 years ago on a gloomy October day. When we came back to Paris we made sure to come back here to eat. The place is still super cosy, authentically French with great food, lovely service and a great atmosphere. Even with little French the staff was super helpful and tried their best to make us understand. Would definitely come here again. The only thing: if you are vegetarian there are only a few (1) choices on the menu, but that's with most French restaurants that serve authentic cuisine. Would most definitely recommend.

Excellent place in the cute little alleyway. We did the three course menu and it was a great deal. The food was tasty and very large portions.
