This is a great restaurant and cervecería!! The patatas bravas were super delicious! The Sants Jordi menu on 4/23/23 was amazing also.

We expected to have a simple cafe style dinner in a vibrant place. Like there are many in Barcelona, small but crowded around 21:00. Unfortunately the place was almost empty, for this reason we have only taken some tapa’s and left. Also as close to the door a cold wind entering the cafe made it uncomfortable. Maybe the focus should be more on the craft beer the place is offering than on the food part.

We are specialized in craft beers that we brew ourselves in Cardedeu and at the same time we offer a wide gastronomic variety made from local products km0. Regarding the atmosphere, if you are still around Barcelona you can follow us on our social media because we are doing Tabarlotadas, as well as live music, showrooms ... This Friday, it may be an opportunity to enjoy the "Skanking Sant Jordi" a Reggae VS Soul music show.

Some things for clarification. Our party of 8 were Americans, and Tabarlot only had 1 person who spoke English, but our initial waiter did not. There began some challenges with our order, but to their credit, they eventually got it right when the English speaker got involved. The scallops were excellent. My only recommendation was to finesse the potatoes underneath some to give them more spice or fullness. The Aubergine timbal for my wife was superb as was my one tapas dish...the Casserole of melted cheese. I could make a meal of this casserole and the the Cod fritters my sister ordered. I will say that I think the other dish, Seafood Paella, was considered only good. For the drinkers out there, give the Espresso Martini and the Mojito a try. Killer. I would highly recommend this place just off La Rambla on Sant Pau. You will not regret it.
