10/10Neighbors in Spello had told us about this restaurant and we decided, on short notice, to give it a try. It was very close in terms of distance but Google Maps took us in a complicated way. But, the “search” was well worth the effort. We enjoyed an excellent meal with a very nice Brunello. The service was quietly attentive and at the unhurried pace that we desired. We will definitely add this restaurant to our ‘go to frequently’ list. By the way, it was much easier going home!

10/10Everything was great—from the atmosphere to the food and service. Our waitress, Susana, gave great recommendations and was lovely! I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a relaxed, fun night with great food!

10/10This is my favorite restaurant in Spello. I have been to Ceasare many times. The food and the service is excellent. I love this place. I wish it was open during the week for lunch..
