Besides the friendly service the food was just a dream (we had fish and steak and at the end a dessert) All in all fair price for a nice Ambiente, we Will definitely recommend !

Starting with the cocktails, which not only taste great, but have an amazing presentation, to the perfectly cooked Tomahawk steak and all around professionalism from all the staff. It’s one of my favorite places for a relaxing top tier meal! 👍👍👍

My second time at Charkoal and both times enjoyed great service and food. First time very busy second time not. Marco and his fellow waiters made for a wonderful evening that exceeded my expectations. Will return again when I am in the area.

Cannot recommend at all. Better stay away! Went there with a group of 16 people. Tuna steak was completely dry, some wrong items were brought but never cancelled from the bill leaving a gap of nearly 80€. Service and owner were completely unwilling to find a solution for the wrong amount and got aggressive. At the end we (even though we paid the falsely billed amount) the server spit towards us.

The restaurant was very busy, and severely understaffed. We were seated for 45 minutes before our drink order was taken, and continually had to ask several times for any service. I hope this was a glitch due to them being exceptionally busy as the food was good. Sadly, by the time our order was taken most of the day’s specials had run out. We will go back on a less busy day, and I hope that the restaurant hires more staff to cope as the season gets underway.

Lovely restaurant. Excellent food. Neat amd clean. Service was little too fast… we got our mains before finishing starters. I can ecommend octopus, sea bream and cheesecake for dessert. .

We have been 3 times to Charkoal, and whilst the food is good, the service has been getting worse and worse to a point we will not return again. Rude employees, everything takes insanely too long to be delivered, even with an empty restaurant, one of the staff left us a paper to write our order, and just left, 20 mins apart between the first dish being served and the last for a group of 6 with sinilar orders, or answering in an inappropriate manner to simple questions about the menu. Food being tasty alone doesn't matter if we do not feel welcome and well treated.

Nice terrace with a view of the marina and ocean. The lunch special is very good and includes couvert, soup, main course and coffee for only 14 euros. Check out the Charkoal Facebook page for updated menus every week.

Nice restaurant with a sea view, near Oeiras Marina! Tasty food (delicious tuna steak and tiramisu); the starter avocado with shrimps tastrd really good, but could have a bit more shrimps, though... Friendly service so you can't go wrong with Charkoal.

Excellent quality food, friendly and efficient service, nice wine selection, comfortable ambiance surrounded by an ocean/river view. The Surf and Turf was delicious and perfectly cooked. Desert was an interesting and delicious take on a cheese cake. Highly recommend Charkoal. Very fairly priced, less than Cascais or Lisbon but with equal or better quality.

I came here many times always with the same pleasure. A good menu without surprises, classic, but everything good and well served. As the name indicates the best choice are the "grillades" fish or meat. Plus a great view under the sun of Portugal. A good and friendly service, sometimes a little overworked and a bit slow. Prices are good for this food and this location.
