It really is the total package experience at the chateau restaurant. The Lamb Shank and Artichoke dish were sensational. The Staff make it very enjoyable and the view is breathtaking!

I chose the Seabass which assembled with the vegetables looked mushy and grey and tasted very bland. I chose the set menu knowing that I didn’t want the set lemon cake pudding, I was told that I could choose ice cream, however, their ice cream make was not working and I was not offered any other pudding, only coffee

Absolutely amazing food, delightful service, and spectacular views. Eating and staying the night here felt like a truly special experience. My only regret is spending just one night!

Why asking $100 deposit, nonrefundable up to 24h before the time of reservation? We were traveling and anything can happen. Simple solution - text the customer around noon on the reserved day for dinner and if the reservation is not confirmed, then the table is available for the dinner. Furthermore, if the table location, food, or service is not up to the expectations, the customer still loses the $100 deposit! We found other Michelin restaurants without this [policy.

Food was average, service style not up to the price standard of the restaurant. Reservation wishes not taken into confederation.

Where to start? A wonderful setting, truly fantastic; Unfortunately we then sat down only to be subjected to death by a thousand cuts. No one asked us what we wanted to drink until we prompted them - disappointing. The (albeit new) chef came out to greet us and explain his vision and what he was looking to achieve, which filled us with high hopes for what was coming out of the kitchen. What followed was a variety of overly complex plates with far too much details and clashing flavours and some frankly puzzling choices. The giant bowl of potato froth a memorable miss. Starters, Mains and Desserts all guilty as charged. Service was slow, to the point of being absent. 15 mins for drinks menu when there was no more than a dozen covers in restaurant at the time is just disrespectful. This place is a million light years away from what a top restaurant is; but judging by its prices it thinks it is already there. Not great, barely good, and lacking in several vital departments.

Every course of our tasting menu was superb. We especially liked the roasted vegetables and affogato dessert. Such a unique blend of flavors.

We have been two decades ago without kids, and now with two grown kids again. We love the village and its atmosphere, we love the hotel and its dining room, a very special place in a very special village. We all had the menu, and it was excellent and its slant a refreshing change from the usual fare, ceviche of bream as appetiser and a curried St Pierre as mains, we loved it. The desserts too were risky, and probably not to everyone's taste, but they worked for us. We had a most lovely and romantic evening, despite the kids.

The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning! Food is very good. The mushroom ravioli were particularly delicious. On the other hand, vanilla on the fish carpaccio destroyed the otherwise promising composition. The wine list is very poor in several respects. The choice of wine is limited. Most wines are rather simple and totally overpriced. Necessary information is missing, such as the producer names, making it difficult to find information on the wines online before ordering.

One of the best i’ve tried in France. This Michelin starred cosy restaurant with beautiful, enchanting terrace and great sea view is great both for a romantic dinner for two and for for a friendly ensemble . Food was absolutely amazing. Scallops, sea BAS are a must.

Service wonderful and warm. Food presentation and taste fabulous. Incredible place - can't wait to go back in Summer and sit on the terrace and drink in the view or, even better, sit in the dining room when part of the wonderous panelled ceiling gets opened for full sky view!

Great food, beautiful setting, service was very subpar. Only offered 1 tasting menu was very rude when requesting a different dish due to allergy. Refilled our own glasses of wine due to lack of wait staff. The restaurant was not busy but expect more from a restaurant of this caliber.

The chateau is a beautiful medieval building and the restaurant is lovely with a stunning sliding roof. This enlarges the terrace which is delightful, overlooking the beautiful old buildings leading to a sweeping view of the sea. The restaurant staff are superb. Knowledgeable about the menu, warm and helpful. My meal was delicious, attractive and inventive. Truly a gourmet experience. I cannot rate this place highly enough.

Incredible service. We could not find the restaurant and they sent someone to look for us. We also arrived late, about 20 minutes after their last seating ( 50 minutes after our reservation) and they were still welcoming and friendly and did not rush our meal. The food was beautifully presented and exceptionally prepared. The view, though we.arrived after dark, was great and would have been amazing for sunset or during the day. The restaurant interior was fun as well. I found the ride down to the main floor in the small elevator romantic. I highly recommend this spot. Well done on all levels.

We had the three course menu and all the dishes were excellent. I especially liked the gnocchi entree and the pintade main course, which was incredibly moist and flavorful. One of our dining companions doesn’t eat any meat other than fish, and they happily substituted that for her. She also said hers was very good. The service was excellent and dining on the terrace was beautiful. Will definitely be back!

The food was delicious and the setting exceptional, looking out down the hillside towards the sea. The restaurant staff were very attentive ( but not too much) and when they delivered each course they gave us an introduction to the food but with added humour , they were really lovely. This was a special occasion and the restaurant did not let me down. I can see why they have been Michelin rated as the food was divine and beautifully presented and the service impeccable.

We stayed in the hotel and so book the restaurant for dinner and had breakfast there too. The atmosphere was good and intimated. Staffs were friendly and warm. Food is average as maybe the master chef was out in low season.
