The vibrant flavors at the Peruvian restaurant were unforgettable, with perfectly seasoned ceviche, fish, octopus and a variety of drinks and dishes that felt like a journey to Peru. The warm, attentive staff and cozy atmosphere made the experience truly special. We had Bloody Tiger, Chicha Santeria, Pisco sour to drink and the ceviche, oysters, octopus and fish to eat. And oh my, best perfectly well made cocktails and dishes I’ve ever had!!

A fantastic dining experience from start to finish. The service was quick, informative, and very friendly. Their Pisco sour is the best ever, and the oysters with leche de tigre were magical — fresh, meaty, and enhanced by the spicy topping. We also enjoyed the knife clams with a warm and spicy sauce, which were delicious. The grilled ox heart completed our starters, being very tender and tasty. Several ceviches followed, all of which were delightful, with the Lima-style sea bass and corn standing out for me. The main course, a sweet and sour fish escabeche, was unbelievably tasty and beautifully presented. It was an amazing gastronomic journey featuring classic Peruvian dishes with innovative presentations.

My girlfriend and I came for a celebration dinner and the food, drinks, and service went beyond our wildest expectations. Hands down some of the best food I have ever tasted, regardless of origin. The recommendations were well received and we were so glad we ordered! Pisco sours, fried yuca, mixed ceviche, wow, and the mango suspiro was simply extraordinary. I don’t have the words to describe how much we enjoyed the food, will certainly be coming back here again! Thank you for the experience :)

Loved the Pisco Sour's here! Staff was super friendly! Best cheviche I had in Stockholm this far! I think the chef was really professional as well! All in all great experience if you like authentic South American food!

The staff is SUPER welcoming and explain everything, from the beer and wine from Peru to the products they use to cook the recipes to have a colourful and full of flavor dishes. I like the music selection. World music.

Always so delicious! The ceviche is outstanding, the grilled octopus is so amazing and the drinks are great. Make sure to ask for the tres leches for dessert :)

Checa is a small restaurant run by a wonderful group of people. The food and service were par excellence. We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and I asked the staff if they could do something special. They were so kind and after the dinner they came with a dulce de leche cake with candles and sang for him. Overall a warm and wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back again!

I never get disappointed at this restaurant. They treat you as a queen. The food is nice. You can bring new friends and all of my friends really like the food, the ambiance, the nice drinks and beers. I will be back soon- Feliz Navidad+++++++++++

Ceviche was great but main courses were a bit disappointing. We took squid and tempura seafood. The squid had rather soft and chewy consistency, tempura seafood was dry and bland. We were expecting much better food experience after reading all online reviews. Service was great though!

One of my most favourite restaurants in Stockholm - beautiful, colourful, fresh food and really lovely service. A hidden gem of Stockholm. Highly recommend!
