3/10Very disappointed. We don’t usually leave reviews, but, we’d had a very long day in Paris and was really looking forward to sitting and enjoying a meal & drink. Virtually impossible to do so here. Diabolical staff, rudeness was beyond belief. Thanks, but no thanks. Such a waste of money. Please avoid this place if you want to enjoy your evening!

10/10We had a nice dinner, if you look for a good restaurant with views to the Eifel tower without insane prices, this is a good option! The waiter was busy but he was able to found the time to bring us a candle with the desert, (two days before the dinner was my wifes birthday). They also have a terass service with cocktails and food outside

9.5/10A beautiful restaurant with the most delicious truffle and ham pasta. The restaurant is in a prime spot with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

10/10I arrived on time and was greeted with a number of seats to choose from. Good service! and the food was awesome too (Ate Beef Tartare and Chess Burgers)! As non smokers, we are placed near to smokers but since Paris doesn't have regulations about 2nd hand smoke, we accepted it as part of the cultural experience. Other than this small detail, everything else was perfect! Will recommend!

7.5/10The food was superb and cooked to perfection. Our order was totally misinterpreted and caused serious delays with food delivery. The manager eventually got involved, was very pleasant, and straightened things out.the original waitress never took responsibility for her screw up or apologized. I would also say, there's no designated area away from smokers.

5.5/10Beautiful view, staff was great. Sadly I got food poisoning from my salad and was so unwell it ruined the last day of our trip. Great views but definitely overpriced for mediocre food… you’re paying for the view.

10/10My daughter found this restaurant trending on tik tok and decided to give it a try for our family trip from NY to Paris. There were 13 of us that dined there. The food is delicious, loved the ambience and the staff very friendly and helpful! Love Chez Francis!

8.5/10The food was delicious and everyone at the restaurant worked very well together. I just wish it was easier to make a reservation ahead of time if you do not speak French. There are no online reservations and you can only make them in person or by calling. We arrived just after 1900 and the wait was just over an hour, but it was worth the wait.

10/10Chez Francis has always been one of my most favorite restaurants in Paris. I try to visit upon every return for the last 10 years. This past week I went twice. The service is top notch, and the food is stellar. Looking forward to returning again soon.

2.5/10We clearly asked to be set where we could see the Eiffel tower, and the waitress gave us a table outside behind a giant traffic sign, when many other tables with an actual view were free. We decided to order starters, so I ordered the salmon and my friend the soup. However, my friend could not finish her soup as it was disgustingly salty. She had ordered dessert, but as everything so far was not as we expected she cancelled her dessert and we asked for the bill. The waiter asked how much we were going to give as a tip, which I think is rude, if the service was good we would give a tip willingly, no need to ask for it. We said 5% as we felt compelled. I tapped my card and went to the toilet. When I came back my friend was shocked, as the waiter had charged me 90eur. The total cost of the bill was 65eur! She called him and asked why he charged me 90eur as the bill was 65eur and we only gave 5% for tips. He gave me the difference back, but it was a horrible experience nevertheless.

2/10They moved us from our table to one of the behind bad table because they didn’t find our order enough for the table we sat even there was no spending limit. I was preparing for the marriage proposal in front of table. But we were moved the table near the toiled.
