amazing food, best of our trip to Amsterdam. I thought it was going to be a long affair but the food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious

A throwback to beautifully cooked food with authentic style and quality service. Simply marvellous.

Nicely paced meal, fabulous food. We chose prawns and lobster bisque starters, followed by turbot and duck mains. All dishes were exquisite. Service was perfect all round.

Everything was amazing. The location, decor, the service and the food of course. The restaurant is tiny and intimate but you don't feel to close to the next table. One of our party have gluten sensitivity (which we informed when we booked) and everything was arranged og worked out beautifully.

The food is delicious and portions large. The restaurant is very small, old and cozy. Service excellent. I will be back!

We went there to celebrate a birthday and every dish was absolutely delicious. We ordered the menu du chef and the wild menu and we fully enjoyed every bite. The place is small and cosy, I love that it didn’t get too noisy, and from all the photos on the walls it feels like it has many stories to tell. I recommend it! And we will definitely go back as well!

We couldn’t have had a better dinner. Highly recommend this restaurant. It’s small with only 9 tables so reservations are a must. Absolutely delicious meal and excellent service!

The meal we had was amazing, and our waiter was so knowelable on all the dishes they had and drinks. My partner has not stopped going on about it.

Very rude staff for the type of restaurant that ruined the good food. If you want to run those kind of places you should know how to behave with clients.

This is a lovely intimate restaurant and the service is impeccable. The food is very traditional French food which was very good but not outstanding- our only critique is that it could have been a touch more creative. Generous portions and excellent value for monet

We picked the right place in the Jordaan to celebrate a special birthday. The food was 5 Star and our server was knowledgeable and helped select the right wine parings for every course. Portions were generous and presentation and flavors reflected the love put into each dish. The setting was warm, cozy and intimate. We felt like we were dining in a private home. It was a very special dining experience for my husband and I to share with our closest friends.

Chez Georges is outstanding on every level. Fine French cuisine, an amazing wine list, and perfect service from the Maître d’. A new favourite in Amsterdam.

Loved it.. Original chef was from Gent Belgium trained under Paul Bocuse and it tasted like that.. beautiful, authentic,, dishes. With wonderful burgundy wine pairings. Updated and yet original French cuisine in a very cozy restaurant with a very nice staff and excellent service . Will be back!!

Small restaurant with typical Belgian entourage. Three persons run the 25 seats restaurant and the waiter is great. The food is excellent and comes at lightning speed. Recommend the restaurant for small groups (4-5) who will appreciate the mix of Belgian food and typical Amsterdam humor.

Old fashioned Belgian restaurant with good atmosphere. The dishes are very rich and wines up to standard, classic and affordable. If you like a classic restaurant, this is it!

After Christmas booked a table for 2. A wonderful dining experience with a 5 course choice. Brilliant service and excellent dishes were presented. Highly recommended!!
