6/10The food was not good. The sauerkraut was too dry, the duck leg was too dry. The potatoes were burnt. The atmosphere was cosy, the waitresses attentive.

10/10The food was absolutely delicious - every dish felt fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place.

3.5/10Onion soup was beyond drinkable serving degree point. After we finished eating there were still smoke on it. The duck was fine, but they served with burnt potatoes we showed and they were like ok thats it . Cordon bleu was terrible. Overall i would suggest you to go somewhere else. Serivce was not friendly either.

4.5/10The host was terrible, we had a reservation which I was asked to confirm 2 times on the same day plus the day I made it. Restaurant was almost empty, maybe 3-4 tables occupied and she gave us a table in the middle of 3 with no space, really small, then we asked for a table in a corner and she said no, it is reserved. Then we asked for another one that was supposedly reserved too. Then she said our table was not ready yet with an empty restaurant. Bad attitude, laughing, really bad. Food was just ok, not recommended at all. Oh and nobody arrived to the tables that she said were reserved.

The food was delicious! And very filling!! (I couldn’t finish mine). The service was excellent! We ate outside on a pleasant evening. I would highly recommend.

7/10The main purpose of the restaurant was to bring food. After this they do not notice you. I needed some small things but it never happened because I could not meet an eye of the waiter. The tea kettle came but not a tea bag. So many things that make restaurant good. Food was excellent but side dish literally vold.

5/10The service was very bad. Half of our order arrived and we waited for the remaining half for 1 hour. We reminded them many times. The toilet was extremely dirty. The food was average.

Nice Alsatian atmosphere and friendly, brusque service. Food was brought out 3 minutes after we were served our aperitifs. Food was under seasoned and just not that good. I was disappointed with my experience here.

The sauces were good, However the meat was tough and rubbery, and the French onion soup had a strange metallic taste, and was extremely salty and watery - like out of a can. The manager was extremely rude and combative when we mentioned the soup, which was so bad it was inedible. Would never go back or recommend this restaurant. Terrible food and service.

Peut être n’avez vous pas apprécié notre soupe à l’oignon car nous avons une recette à l’alsacienne avec du vin blanc ? Par jour, nous servons plus d’une centaine de soupes et tous l’adore. 3/10Very very basic food, tasteless and not cooked well. Even the green salad was not good, full of a really bad oily sauce. I took an Alsatian pasta dish with cheese and it was really oily and without any taste. Not creamy at all as I expected, you could tell everything was prepared long in advance and put in the over before serving. Very touristic place with basic service. We asked for extra sauce and we never got it. Plus the dishes they serve the food in is burning, and they don’t tell you about it, it’s really hard to eat without touching it and I left with burns in my hand. I do not recommend.

8/10The food and the service were great. I had the Petit gratin with Munster and spaetzle: it was an entree with a salad, so it was plenty of food for lunch. I was disappointed that they did not have an awning or umbrellas for their outdoor seating, so we were forced to eat inside as it was sprinkling rain. Thank goodness it was not full on summertime, otherwise it is much to hot to eat indoors at this venue.

6/10Disappointed that one of our meals was presented on a very hot plate but the centre of the food was cold. Potatoes were slightly under cooked but burnt on the outside. Enjoyed the ham hock but the whole plate was average.
