Very quaint and traditional restaurant with delicious choices. We went for the lamb shank and duck pasta which were amazing. Could not recommend more!

It's small but worth it, run by the owners. The food tastes amazing, and the lady who was serving did her best to keep customers happy. Its taste of Marseille served with love.

We found this restaurant using Google Maps, which had a rating of 4.7 stars based on over 620 reviews. It's located in a very friendly and touristy area, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. Since some of us don't speak French, they provided us with menus in Chinese and another menu filled with pictures of their dishes, which was a thoughtful gesture. We ordered two appetizers, followed by main courses. The service was excellent, but unfortunately, the food didn't meet our expectations in terms of freshness. The escargots we ordered still had traces of sand, and the grilled oysters were overly salty, although tasty. The steaks (entrecôte) we ordered had too much gristle and were overcooked. While the portion size was generous, the overall quality was average.

Well, we focused on the main course only and all three were very tasty. The only recommandation for the chef would be to work on side dishes. In my case I would not serve Gemelli noodels with ox cheeks but rather with any sort of potatoes (eg mashed). Similarly the combination of polpo with rice. Just missing a piece of creativity.

I had read up on this wee restaurant and decided to give it a go. Not fancy at all but customer service and quality of food was excellent. Loved it! Just remember to take cash as they don’t accept card.

Really fresh fish - sea bass was excellent and juicy. Confit lamb was extremely tender as well. Very friendly staff. Note that the restaurant does not accept card.

We were happy to find such a gem on our last night in Marseille. This restaurant has a great atmosphere due to its location on a lively street with lots of bars and other restaurants, and very little vehicle traffic. The food was great, we loved the razor clams and the escargot, and our mains were equally good (lamb shank and butchers grill). Would love to visit again and enjoy the good food, wine and atmosphere.

One of the top two best service experiences of my life. The other was at a 3 star Michelin and 500 Euro per person meal. They literally could not have made us feel more welcome and appreciated at Chez Nous.

Wonderful service and excellent food. I don't speak French other than simple pleasentries but that did not stop the owners from being kind and welcoming throughout our dinner. Also the menu is very reasonably priced.
