Great food and service. Getting to the restaurant requires a hike and with ice is a tad tricky! upon leaving the restaurant they gave us a torch which was nice.

Went to Chez Pépé with a group of 6, everything about the restaurant its location, service and food made it a very special memorable night. The walk up to the restaurant in the dark was so atmospheric with the trial being lit with lamps (grippy boots are useful here). We also enjoyed the shop as a little detour given we stayed locally in Reberty so didn’t have similar nearby. The service and food was excellent.

6 years since we were last here and it’s still a special place. Ambience, service and food were amazing . Sounds odd but glassware is amazing with Mont Blanc bottoms.

Everything about this restaurant is fabulous. The food, the service and the view are wonderful - so good that we returned the next day! The farm with the goats coming in to be milked was a special experience especially for the children.

Food and location were great, as always. But we waited 25 minutes between our starters and main courses, and were only served after having to point out that we had been waiting that long! A shame, as this poor service, spoilt what was otherwise a good meal

Incredible meal. We were in Val Thorens for about a week and this was one of our favorite meals. Service and food were perfect, but the view during the lunch of the surrounding alps was what set this place apart.

I visited 2 days prior and in the morning of our finally lunch at this wonderful place. It is like returning in time, retrieving the original taste to our wonderful earth produces. This place is a gem in the Val Thorens area. It's a little off the beaten track but definitely worth a visit. The raclette served according to local traditions is superb.

Its Every year a pleasure to end the ski holidays at Pépé Nicolas. Food, service and ambiance is perfect. This year we tried the haché parmentier and pot au feu. The dessert sablé au mertilles et sa glace au fleurs de lait. Mmmmm See you next year!!

Lovely experience. Walked along a torchlit path under the stars to get there. Very helpful on the phone to arrange things. Shuttle was great. Decor and building felt very authentic as part of a historic farm. Walked back with a flaming torch to guide our way!

One of the best meals I have ever had up a mountain. Beautiful location and amazing to be snowmobiled in when the Casse slope was closed. All the traditional piste food options but loved the Shepherds pie. And they remembered it was my birthday!

Beautiful in every way, a real treat, the food was amazing and staff lovely. The ski run to it was closed and we had an extra bonus of a skidoo lift up to the restaurant. A day to remember.

This was our second visit and the atmosphere on a snowy winter's night was as magical as we remembered. The food was delicious and for suitable for all tastes. A wonderful, family run restaurant and working farm. Decorated in a cool mix of traditional and modern and with an outdoor terrace with views across Val Thorens and Les Menuires. Food is all either home-made or locally sourced and the eclectic dishes are original and delicious. A refreshing change from the usual mountain menus and usefully accessible from road or piste.
