I had an extraordinary experience at this restaurant during my visit to Paris last week. The food was abundant, beautifully prepared, and of truly excellent quality. For the level of cooking and service, the value for money is unbeatable. The restaurant is located in a charming neighborhood, and you can even see the Eiffel Tower right from the entrance, which adds a magical touch to the atmosphere. The clientele was mostly local, which is always a good sign and made the experience feel even more authentic. Overall, it was a fantastic choice — a real gem in Paris. I would absolutely return.

10/10We loved Chez Pippo so much we went back a few days later. The food, and wine are both great, and the owner makes you feel like you are a guest at his home. We highly recommend Chez pippo and will be back.

5.5/10The restaurant was well located, and the decor was lovely. The service was mixed (some staff were really friendly and others quite unapproachable). As an example, the table behind us got to hear what the specials were, but we were not talked through the same menu. They forgot to bring out a couple of items, so had to chase and remind them. The food was okay but not amazing, and they wanted the table back quite quickly after we’d finished our food, so it felt rushed. Overall ok for a meal near the Eiffel Tower but I wouldn’t return.

2/10the owner of the restaurant was passive aggressive when talking to my partner and I on our 1rst anniversary that I wanted to be special, We waited even after booking a reservation which I called in and said we would be late for which he made a comment of “you’re late” despite us arriving before the new time I gave. When we tried to leave he was in our faces raising his voice saying “why? do you not like my restaurant?” and I tried to de escalate the situation by leaving the establishment. It was the most unprofessional and entitled service I’ve ever come across in my entire life. Do better

Service wasn’t very good although the staff was polite, it is too much customers for them to manage well. I was told to make a reservation. I did, an hour and an a half wait. I walked around and came back ant 8:30PM. Once I did, I was directed to the second location across the street. There, they told me they had been calling me (never got a call) to tell me they could only offer outside. Once I was adamant about not sitting outside, I was directed back across the street where I stood inside for 15 more minutes before being seated at a stool that is at a spice stand. Laughable. I thought the food must me good for the reviews. No. Over rated, undercooked and overcooked. In order pizza, it was burnt on some parts but still edible. No seasonings like salt, pepper, or cheese offered. Ordered ravioli and the pasta was HARD on the edges. I waited 20 minutes after seating to be offered a menu, another 20 minutes before the food came. I had stand and put my coat on for service to pay.

5/10The place is OK. The price is too high for the amount t of food they serve you. I visit for a birthday and they didnt even bring a cake or sing to the Bday person. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for special occasion. Go some place else farther from the Eiffel Tower and you'll eat and pay less money.

5.5/10The service was great and staff was very friendly. However the food was very bland and lacked flavor. We ordered a burrata salad, seafood pasta and the pizza that had pistachios. All looked very promising but it had zero flavor. I was quite disappointed.

10/10This was a wonderful decision for lunch. We had excellent food - pizza and pasta. Kids loved it; parents loved it and grandparents loved it!!! A winner all around. Food was great, service was excellent and an overall great experience. Would highly recommend.

10/10Beautiful place. The lady who served us what outstanding. There wasn’t lasagna on the menu and she asked the chef to do it for us. There was 6 of us. All our meals were beautiful and a good price as well

5.5/10Owner overbooked reservations and anyone who spoke English was sent across the street to his “second location”. The French speaking patrons all remained and were seated at the primary location. Secondary location had a different menu, we were sat next to a smelly bathroom, and there were small gnats everywhere.

7.5/10They have a great location near the Eiffel tower and the staff are incredibly pleasant. The only thing you won't see in their information is they have 2 locations across the street from one another. One is more of a cafe feel and the other is the restaurant. They did move us to the cafe to accommodate a large group which was disappointing so be sure to confirm the location with them when you make a reservation.

3/10Arrived for 8pm booking at 7.40pm. It was raining and windy outside. We were told to wait outside in the street until 8pm and I got told off for walking into the restaurant. I asked if we could have a drink first and was told no. Came back at 8pm and was kept waiting until 8.15pm outside. Got seated and no-one came to the table until 8.40pm. At the end of the meal we were rushed out, and a staff member moved tables around us, blocking my Mum's exit from her seat. Pizza was not made with love - it was rushed, undercooked and not value for money.

10/10First night back in Paris. Exhausted after flights from US. Had Ham charcouterie platter for one, fantastic taste wit bread, more than enough. For two. Of course Pizza, one of the best I’ve had. Server spoke English, helpful with menu, no rushing, handled take away quickly. Will be returning for other Italian specialties. Steve and Mary
