A gem is a place nestled in a quaint neighborhood. Lovely atmosphere, absolutely fabulous food where the chef changes the menu daily. We loved it so much we plan on going back tomorrow. We highly recommend Chez Rosa!

Food ok, like good home made food, nothing special. White wine bottle without the cooler. Clients smoking outside the door, smoke coming in.
