We booked a table for 5 and when we arrived they tried to split our party by giving us a table for 4 with another person away from us on their own at a separate table. They said this is due to another party booking a table for 7!!! Very unacceptable and poor customer service as they told us there are plenty of other restaurants in Paris and I would urge you to consider this before dining here.

The service was bad. I booked a table for 2 at 6pm well in advance. When I arrived on time, the restaurant was full and no table available for us. The waiter was so impolite and did not respond anything about our booking. Eventually, we were arranged a small table after back and forth segment. The food was really Average. It cannot say it's good taste. I think it's only suitable for western people who don't know Chinese food. The restaurant environment was bad. Too small too crowded and too noisy! Really bad experience. I think they were significantly overrated!

Food is not authentic and has no flavor. This place lacks service & uses next door upper floor restaurant to seat their customers & than has no server to serve them their. Its just ridiculous & we went for dinner in hopes to get real asian food but this place was similar to fast food chinese American style, Please be aware, putting soya sauce on all your dishes while cooking isn't considered Asian food. Just very disappointed.

Their food is excellent, but the service is terrible, slow, and disorganized. They were lost when we arrived and mentioned we had a reservation.

for more than 1 hour to received our food, and we had also to wait a lot for the waiter to come and collect our order. Even worst, other guests arrived later than us (they were a big table of a lot of people while we were just 2), they received their food much earlier than us and also finished before than our starter was coming. The restaurant was taking care more about the delivery food instead of us as guests in the restaurant.

I booked for 7 people at 22 00 which was close to their closing time and yet we were warmly welcomed and served good food. The stir fried noodles were like those I use to have back in my country and it was perfect for the long day we had. I will definitely go back because the hosts are not only welcoming but we felt at ease, talking and eating. Totally worth it.

Good food - only 5 min waiting time for delivery. Rice portions (sticky rice) rather small. Waiter not very motivated.
