10/10The restaurant has a nice room and central location. Food was excellent, I tasted some fine meet dishes typical of Florence . The staff was helpful and friendly, helping a foreign couple navigate the menu.

3.5/10We received a 30% discount on our meal, but in the end, we spent around 100 euros. The food was okay, except for the unpleasant experience of chewing on the connective tissue and fat in the steak, which made me want to spit it out. We ordered various dishes at first, not knowing what to expect, but I cannot understand why the waiter recommended wines costing between 200 and 300 euros. I'm not sure if it was due to a poor wine list, but anywhere else in Italy, you can get quite good wines for around 70 euros. The wines recommended on our first day felt expensive for no reason. I can't complain much since we got a discount through the app, but the staff should understand that the recommended wine list is unacceptable. Even after a few days, I still think this was the worst restaurant I've ever been to, and it probably will remain so. I booked at 10pm, but i didn’t know that kitchen closed at 10:30 and for this the service was too fast for taker the order. But i must write about the excellent dishes like pasta with tartufo and the fiorentina steak that was incredible. About the location is so traditional and mixed the florentine architecture with a modern essence

10/10Very nice ambiance, we really like the decor. The staff is very pleasant, we loved the service experience. The food is delicious, but I can recomend to have better salt on the table for the steaks. Some flaky salt or fresh grounded salt and pepper are a must in a steakhouse.

10/10We chose this restaurant because we wanted to try Kobe meat for the first time. This restaurant is one of two places with a certificate for Kobe meat in Florence. The lady - I would guess the Maître - patiently gave us the information needed to make the right choices for the evening (meat type, wine etc.) and to ensure a maximum amount of pleasure. I’ve red a lot of comments about the prices being a bit higher than average in relation to other restaurants with the same quality but we got the discount from the reservation on TheFork therefore it was a very affordable price for this type of quality & service. Definitely a comeback - next time maybe some other cut or meat type.

6/10We booked during the 30% off time slot (14:30 on January 23rd). However, when I came back and checked my receipt, the 30% discount had not been applied. I contacted The Fork customer service center and they said that the amount not discounted was 35.64 euros. I wonder if compensation is possible.

8/10Food was terrific, but as many other reviews will show, the staff were quite unpleasant. The service lets the restaurant down. Cutlery and plates were just dropped or pushed on our table, the waitress gave me a bad look when I said I didn't want to order wine, and she kept pushing me to upgrade the steak from 80 euros to one for 120 euros.

The Firenze steak was so good. I think the taste of steak is including five until now. Service and atmosphere in the hole were very good.

3.5/10Reservations went well. The food was overall not bad. But not worth what we paid. The place felt less authentic and more like a tourist trap. I spent less money and had better food at other restaurants in the area. By better food I mean actual steak florentine. From the moment we got in there the server was rude to us and then tried to upsell the entire menu. The hostess and manager why kind and attentive. Sadly, this was the worst meal I had in Florence, Italy. I would not recommend others to eat here.
