9/10The food was very well flavored and juicy, portions were normal. The waiter was a bit cold with us, didn’t show many emotions but overall did his job well. Would come back.

7.5/10Chicken wings were lovely. Banoffe was superb. Cortado so good we had 2.i just didn't understand the fork discount of 20%. I paid €50 for the meal with the discount. I don't see how a discount has been applied here.

9.5/10We have been to chick shack a number of times and it’s always good with wonderful, friendly service. The value is high as well. You get a delicious meal for 10 to 12 euros

5.5/10The restaurant itself is nice, but there was only one person serving many tables, so we had to wait long time before being served, which upset us because we were in. for a quick lunch. The chicken burger was OK, but not great. Good value for money.

Hello! Your reservation was at 15:30 and you came 45 min earlier. When you arrived you didn’t say hello. The owner had to serve all the tables before yours, until I could finally go to take your order. That’s strange because all the fork reviews are 10 for service and food. And to eat you don’t have to be in a hurry at any time. I remember there are lots of fast food services around València.

6.5/10Very good for people who like burgers and chicken and a kind of snack bar atmosphere. The service was friendly but not fully on the job as starter and main were served at the same time, sauces, although variety on the menu was not even asked for but waiter decided and kitchen was blamed for serving all together. A lot of food for not too much money. Not really special but also not bad at all.

Hello, good afternoon, First of all, thank you for valuing us. If it is a constructive assessment of course we accept it and if it is to improve, much more. But in your case, I do not agree at all. I'll explain why. First of all, you were about 25 minutes late. It was a rainy day and we understood that. Even so, we still gave you the discount. Secondly, we received your scooter totally wet. That meant we had to mop the floor three times to prevent anyone from slipping. Thirdly, the kitchen is responsible for taking out the dishes, not the wait staff. Everything has its own cooking time. In your case if the dishes came out almost at the same time, it would be for some reason. And no one blamed anyone. Fourthly, there is a lot of variety of dishes and sauces on the menu, if you wanted something in particular you should have told us what you wanted. Don't say that the head waiter didn't do his job well because he is the person responsible for everything going well, both inside and outside. Regards
