10/10We arrived at around 7:30pm and there was not too much traffic, we had great service and got our dishes quite quickly, although the restaurant was starting to get busier once we had finished our dishes. The Mozambique Chicken dish was very good, tender, light flavor. Curry dishes are all well balanced, overall very satisfying meals. Would dine here again! Give it a try if you are looking for a nice evening in Lisbon.

10/10This restaurant was an awesome find. The service is excellent, the waitstaff are attentive and engaging. The menu has lots to choose from. Food came out fast and was delicious. We will definitely visit again.

10/10My dinner at Chiveve was amazing. It was flavourful, with good portion sizes and was absolutely delicious. I had the empanadas and fried shrimp with rice and chips, and I left no crumbs on the plate. I will definitely return if I’m in Lisbon again!

10/10What a wonderful, warm and friendly place with absolutely delicious food and excellent service. Busy but never felt rushed or overlooked. I don’t know how they do it but everything felt like a well choreographed party. I felt like I was at a good friends home and just told to sit back and relax. Felt so well taken care of. And the food…yum! The chilies were a crowning touch on my shrimp/okra curry. Great value too. Highly recommend!

9.5/10I never had food from Mozambique before, but I was very impressed. The service was awesome - they really made you feel welcome and special. And the food was excellent - varying levels of spiciness depending on how hot or mild you like your food and everything we ordered was delicious. And the fruit pudding for dessert was awesome. I definitely would go back and recommend Chiveve.

10/10One of the most delightful and unique places we have stayed in the last few times. The dishes prepared by Sheila are simply wonderful, taste and tradition blend perfectly. We enjoyed every detail of Sheila's cooking as well as Edner's friendliness and conversation. A place to come back to!

10/10We didn’t know what to expect, but it really was ah fantastic meal. The place is family owned and you can tell that they put a lot of love into their food and service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the restaurant to others. And I think I’m going to dream of their peri peri chicken tonight!
