4.5/10The food was good and decent value for money but the service was very poor. Totally inattentive to the point of rudeness. It seemed like the waiting staff would have preferred we weren’t there to interrupt their evening.

10/10Our waiter was excellent! He was fun, funny, and very accommodating. He made our dining experience relaxed and very satisfying. This was our last night on our 14-day European holiday and we couldn’t have picked a better dinner location to celebrate. Thanks Chu-Chu!

10/10First day in Lisbon, I made the reservation so the pressure was on . The shrimp starter was outstanding and all 4 of us had a brilliant dining experience. My son said it was his favourite meal ever. The waiters were friendly knowledgeable and added to a memorable night. Highly recommended and when I return to Lisbon I will make Chu Chu my first port of call

10/10Best chicken place in lisbon. There were 3 of us and we ordered chicken, fries, rice and salad for 3. It was more like it could have been for 5 people. Make reservations to make sure you can get a table.

10/10We loved this restaurant and only went in first by accident as it was near the hotel and we didn't want to go very far one evening to eat. The food is lovely and a great variety of grilled meats and fish but what makes it extra special is the staff who were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble we got a great wine recommendation as well. We went twice during our holiday the second time we did make a reservation as it does get busy after 7pm. Lovely restaurant and lovely food highly recommended.

10/10Bit busy at evening times, it's worth to book table. Very good regional food and vine. Very recommended, 2 course meal with starters and a bottle of good vine was around 80 euro.

10/10Two great meals here. Seafood (prawns and sardines) and black pork ribs were lovely. Chicken a little dry for my liking and peri peri sauce is off the shelf rather than homemade which I feel makes a difference. Couldn’t fault it besides

9/10Friend of ours recommended this place and she was right - it’s great! Perfect for our family. Lots of menu choices. Service, prices and ambiance were great. Definitely recommend it for a yummy bite to eat in Lisbon.

6/10My experience with Chú-Chú was overall disappointing. When we arrived, the waiter seemed surprised that we had a reservation and hastily ushered us into a corner, Where there was a birthday party happening so it was like been in a kindergarten with all the badly behaved children, The food was the only saving grace and the service was ok when the waiter remembered we were in the restaurant . I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an enjoyable dining experience.

9/10I ate at here all the time before the pandemic hecause I would stay in the Tivoli hotel. I would also send many people to eat here. The food is excellent. All of the meat and fish and salads are great. The service is sometimes odd. They treat you a bit like an idiot if you are not from here even if you speak Portuguese.

8/10Excellent service and very friendly. The food was good, the meat and fish were cooked well, fries were great, the wine (suggested by Tiago - our server) was great (both the white and red). Finished with a very nice aguardente.

10/10I came here with my family, for a total of 4 people. Super cute restaurant, with very nice environment and very polite waiters. We tried both fish and meat, and both were very fresh perfectly cooked. The bill in the end was about 15 euros/each including beer, a main dish and a dessert. Highly recommended

8/10We had a meat and fish dish . Unfortunatly the octapus was chewing gum. But all the rest was very good. It did not change our feeling towards the rest and would definately go again. Thanks for everything.

10/10Very surpring place. Food was WOW and service kind, competent and honest. the waiter help us to order the right quantity of food and gave suggestions for the best dishes. the fork discount has been applicated immediately without asking for. Great experience

3/10Very bad and unprofessional service, we had to wait a lot of time, the plates did not come in the order that they should and one of the waiters spilled the oil of the cod into my shirt. Really really disappointing place
