All the comments actually truth , pay attention to the comments . The restaurant didn’t have almost any meet of the menu for “fork reservation” , but if you go for “menu “ option , they would have the meat , so it’s kind of cheating . The meat supposed to be on grill but was just made on a pan. The amount was super small and the meat had a lot of fat so I wasn’t able to eat secretos ( which supposed to not have any fat ) . The only good from all the food was fried potatoes . The service was kind but the person ( probably owner ) was trying to sell us as mush as possible , so he even brought us a bread that we didn’t order and asked us to pay for .

Hello Ms. Tatiana, honestly, your complaint doesn't make much sense. I was very clear and objective with you when taking your order that in the pre-defined menus I have pieces that are discontinuous, sorry, continuous pieces. Where all the varieties are in a mixed meat selection with eight types of meat that I set aside exclusively for you, but since you asked for a menu from The Fork with an individual dish, okay, I made the standard, but you need to understand and know how to differentiate what is "secretos" (secret cuts) and what has fat for it. It's important that it has fat, and when it doesn't have fat, it's not "secretos," it's "bifanas" (pork cuts), you understand? So, it's important for you to know that I suggested a change to make the service higher quality and with more variety, and this was my best possible. I hope you will come back next time; we will certainly serve you differently and give our best. Thank you very much, good afternoon.

Service was impecable even if there was staff missing. Environment was quiet, but there seem to be plans for live music in the future. Caipirinha was one of the beat i had so far! Food - a bit on the salty side. Meat was tasty but some chunks had too many nerves.

The place looks ok. The owner is friendly; however, he doesn't speak English at all. It was very difficult for us to communicate. The restaurant is a one man show. The same person is a cook, barman and waiter. It took more than an hour to prepare our food.

Hello sir, first of all I want to thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, I don't speak English either. I spoke with you and I speak a little English, but I have a partner and another girl at the restaurant who speak it, but she was busy in the kitchen, so she didn't speak it. We had a very good time. A family ambience, delicious food and the most kind and caring service. What could you not like about this place!? The meat is just amazing, tender with perfect seasoning and smoked touch, with their homemade smoked bacon deserving a special mention as it takes part of the classic Brazilian black beans, a must have among the siding options along with the homemade French fries and butter fried bananas. Believe me, these will make your taste buds cheer.

Friendly and welcoming reception, courtesy of the owner, clear explanation of the dishes and even a conversation on the history of some of the dishes. The food was delicious and worth the price.
