We booked Ci Sta - Verona via The Fork 15 days in advance with a 50% discount. We arrived 10 minutes early and asked for our reservation, but the woman at the restaurant told us there was no reservation under our name. When I showed her the confirmation, she insisted it wasn’t there—until I asked her to remove a filter from her screen, and then magically, our reservation appeared. This is unacceptable. If your restaurant can’t afford to honor the discounts you offer, simply don’t offer them. The experience didn’t improve from there. The food was average, tables weren’t clean, glasses had stains, and we had to ask twice for an extra fork after our baby dropped one. The overall service felt cold and indifferent—perhaps because of the discount. A disappointing experience. Either commit to your offers or don’t make them at all.

The quality of the food (lasagna, triofe al pesto , and small tiramisu dessert) was surprisingly top notch for such an unpretentious place. With the 30% discount on the food through the "The Fork" reservation, this resulted in an absolutely perfect dinner for two in the center of gorgeous Verona.

Very good portions. The food was amazing, particularly the lasagna bolognesa. Unfortunately, we arrived in time of our booking, but were only asked for our orders 20 minutes later, and the food itself took another 20 minutes to arrive. We asked for appetizers and main dishes, and the staff gave us everything at once, which in a minimal table was a struggle.

Thank you for wonderful and funny evening! The food was delicious we tried two diffrent types of pizza a classic one with artichokes and black olives ond the other a bit less random from pizze stagionale with lemon and burrata! The Highlight that amazed us was also a snack: fried slices of potatoes ! Very crunchy and tasty 😃the meals are worthy to be recomended and repeat the visit at Ca Sti Verona 😉😉😉

The servers weren't nice. The food was a deception to much salty and olive oil. There was a problem in the kitchen and most of the options weren't available but they just inform us when we pick that option. At the end they compensate us with a little discount on the bill.
