10/10Wonderful food and service, in an exquisite location. They change the menu every few weeks, so we just asked our server for recommendations and absolutely loved every dish. Wish we were in Praiano longer so that we could go back! Well worth making a reservation!

10/10To start it off the staff was super polite and patient. We ordered all three of the pasta dishes and they were outstanding! We also ordered a protein to follow and share at the table and they were very accommodating with plates and silverware. They change their menus about every two weeks, highly recommend!!!

10/10This was truly the best meal of our trip. Everything was cooked to perfection & the team here work in concert with each other. My friend is gluten free (Celiac disease) & their care and consideration for her was beautiful. And she also raved about the food! Thank you all so much. Bravo.

10/10+1We visited the Amalfi coast, not knowing much about Praiano but quickly fell in love, especially after finding Cialì Bristol. The care that they took to make each dish was nothing short of amazing. Living in the Northeast, our group is surrounded by lots of top quality restaurant options- Cialì Bistrot ranked up there in our list of favorite places to eat. We made sure to tell everyone we met (who were looking for recs) about this gem and all were in agreement about the incredible dinner they also received. Thank you Cialì for the dining experience- wish you all the success you deserve in years to come!

10/10Perfect 6-8 table restaurant. Everything we ordered was perfect. Small menu that changes weekly. Local and seasonal items used to make each item special. Owner is amazing and his passion to make a connection with each table. Not to miss on your trip!

10/10Absolutely lovely little hole in the wall in Priano. Amazing service, the waitron was attentive and gave amazing suggestions. We mentioned that we’d be sharing our mains and they plated exactly half of each main individually so we didn’t have to pass plates back and forth. The food??? AMAZING. The fresh Italian flavours and ingredients with a fine dining lean. Would definitely definitely return and recommend!

10/10+1This is a lovely little restaurant that has amazing food with the best service I have ever had at a restaurant. They offer a limited menu that allows them to serve fresh and seasonal food. My husband and I dined there 2 nights so we could taste everything they offer. Since we shared each dish, the chef split it onto 2 plates and made each one a beautiful presentation. The wine selection is wonderful and at a great price point. Do not miss this gem.

10/10We knew nothing about the place before tonight and decided to give it a try. And were we ever happy we did!!! The food was amazing but the service was even better. The staff were very friendly and pleasant to chat with about the food, the area and many other things. It’s a smaller place so I would suggest making a reservation to ensure you get a spot. We will definitely go back!!

10/10Our dinner was amazing from start to finish. Ciali Bistrot is owned by a brother and sister and their love for their restaurant is evident from the moment you enter. The food was delicious, the service top notch and the decor is clean and minimalist. We loved our dinner and will definitely be back.

9/10Charming restaurant in center of Praiano run by a long term resident. Amazing beef tartare. Saw it on menu and had to try it. Don’t usually order beef in places of seafood awesomeness. Glad we did. Also had a vegetable based appetizer (celery? Asparagus) which didn’t have much flavor. Would have ordered two tartares had we known. Next up the pasta. Very flavorful. Also had a gluten free option for my friend. Nice local wine offerings. A little brightly lit for this night owl. :) overall would be happy to return or recommend for people looking for something more modern and eclectic.

10/10Amazing food. Excellent service. You can tell they really care about their customers. I got the pasta with zucchini flowers and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in Italy. Dessert was amazing and shouldn’t be missed. This place shouldn’t be missed.

10/10Went to this gorgeous small restaurant and had amazing food and service. The young owner is passionate about his food and his local town. The pastas and bread were amazing and different anything we have tried on on our trip to date. The dessert a lemon tart was also yummy. Tried all their homemade digestifs blueberry lemon fennel and tangerine cellos. Two were complimentary which was also appreciated. We liked it so much we are returning here for our last dinner in Praiano. Definitely highly recommended.

10/10The food was absolutely incredible. It was different than everything else we’ve had in Italy in the best way. Everything was so fresh and the team of people were the kindest people we’ve met so far on our trip. I highly recommend you make a reservation for this restaurant.

10/10We are here 2 nights on our 6 night stay in Praiano. We absolutely love this restaurant, the staff and most importantly the chef!! The salad was good we talked about it for days. We told 2 couples we met on the bus about and saw both of them there the second night we ate there. Both couples loved it as well and thanked us for letting them know about it. You need to eat here!! It was quiet, with few tables full on our first visit and we thought it was weird because we loved the food so much. On our second visit we went on a Saturday and we were so happy to see that every table was full. When we arrived the waitstaff remembered us and sat us at the same table we had on our first night. They even remembered what we ate and made sure to point out a new item on the menu for us to try. From your table you can see the chef preparing your meal and can see that he loves what he does, you can also taste his love for cooking. We love this restaurant!

9.5/10Ciali Bistro is a very small, chef-owned, chef-run gem that serves totally fresh, creative and incredibly delicious food. My wife and I booked it through The Fork based on the ratings it received and we loved everything we tried - especially the fresh fish dishes. It sits literally right next to the road through Praiano so you have to deal with traffic going by, but the friendly staff and open kitchen make it a cozy and welcoming find. Highly recommended.

10/10+1We stumbled upon this place looking for a dinner reservation for the next night and we are so happy that we did. This beautiful, small bistrot sat on the main road overlooking the sunset with the doors open to enjoy the cool night air. We shared the beef carpaccio and tomato salad as a starter which were both incredibly fresh and tasty. We shared the beef and ricotta stuffed conchiglioni and the sea bass. Both were excellent. The service was very personal and we were given some shots of tangerine-cello with our dessert which was basically a deconstructed cannoli. I can’t rate this place high enough and we will definitely be back on our next trip.

10/10Quaint and charming restaurant in Praiano. The food and service were both amazing! Locally sourced ingredients and a very well curated menu. Grazie mille to the chef and staff for a wonderful meal. We will be back for sure! My wife and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a sensational culinary experience.

10/10We were greeted so kindly upon arriving at the restaurant tonight. The staff were truly amazing. My wife and I ordered two first courses and we shared the second course. We also ordered 2 desserts which we never do. It was honestly the vibe that kept us ordering food. At one point there was a hiccup and the owner brought us something that we didn’t order. The problem was quickly fixed and he was very apologetic. When we ordered our dessert he brought us a couple of shots of lemoncello at no charge. The food is divine here. It was our last night or I’d be coming back again. What a parting gift on our last night here.

10/10We got the sea bass special and it was wonderful to watch the staff take the meat off the fish and present the dish. Everything from the service to the food to the conversations with the staff were excellent. Would dine again!

10/10+1This is definitely a gem! One of the best restaurants I’ve been to so far in Italy (came from Rome). Easily beats Michelin stars in Rome which I was left disappointed over and over again. Dishes were well seasoned and thought out. Pasta was very nice and super tasty. Service was very attentive and did I mention their dinnerware, all custom and stunning. Recommend and returning.
