Great meal. They forgot to acknowledge our visit so received a nasty note from TheFork but then called Ciao Ciao Grande to fix it. Just remember to verify that they have registered your attendance at the restaurant. The food and environment were excellent yet again.

This time we ordered oxfilé penne pasta and risotto. The taste wasn’t as good as last time when we ordered chicken lemon pasta and chicken pizza. The service and ambience was super nice.

I was very disappointed, I had written in the notes of my booking that it was a birthday and also that we had allergies in the group. I arrived earlier to make sure everything will run smooth, to my surprised I was greeted by a host who didn’t speak a word of English. I asked to be seat at the bar to have a drink while I wait for my party but the host didn’t understand so he sat me directly at my table. The waiter did speak English but got annoyed when he found out that some of guests did speak Swedish, which killed the mood! They completely ignored the notes concerning the allergies but he was helpful to find solutions. They completely ignored it was my friend’s birthday, and 10 minutes before we noticed how they brought a sparkling candle and sang happy birthday to a table near by! I was expecting the same but when they brought our desserts they forgot! When I spoke to the waiter he said they never read the notes from bookings made through the fork! Fixed something but was too late.

The garlic bread was quite plain and burned. The Salmon and meat was quite juicy and good. The wedges potatoes weren't completely fresh. Service was great.

The food was good - probably we will not pay the full price for it, but it was good quality for the price we paid. The personal was super nice, and the restaurant was quiet and perfect for families.

The service was awesome! The server was very kind, patient, and helpful! They gave us very good suggestions about food and drink! They even brought a vas for the flowers that I had, which was very thoughtful! We ordered the 4 cheese pizza which was quite good 7/10. I had also ordered the carbonara pasta which was really good at about 9/10, it was very creamy and very filling. Loved the serving size! You can get very full by this meal. The dessert was very good! We took a creme brulle and white chocolate fruite sallad which was definitely a favourite! We had asked for a window seat in the description, and that was not followed through. We had also mentioned that it was a celebration, but nothing special was done for that. The tables were very very close together to the point that it was uncomfortable. We often make akward eye contact with the poeple next to us. It was really hard to get out of the seat once we were done. It was quite packed inside the restaurant!
