We had a lovely table outside on the terrace, Christina was a gem, our service was top notch and the food was sensational. The pasta so simple but cooked perfectly with minimal fuss, the best way to eat in Florence!

The staff after we sat down was good. Atmosphere was not, it was extremely hot and sitting outside was very uncomfortable. In extreme heat they should provide outdoor cooling systems. They are just not bothered about how uncomfortable the clients are..

Tagliolini was beyond excellent. It's a perfectly balanced dish that richly satisfies without ever tempting excess. Loved the bistro feel of the Caffe, and staff were very friendly and almost entirely bi or trilingual.

The food is soo good the staff is soo sweet and recommended great options, the only thing was my fiance wine was a bit sour and they took a while to get us our drink but were on vaction so we taking it easy ! definitely recommend going!

The food was incredible, try the Cacio e Burro it’s insane! Top 25 pasta dishes in the world. We did the tasting menu and it was well worth the price, we were stuffed. Service quite slow so make sure you plan enough time in.

The food is outstanding as is the service. We had dinner twice and lunch once during a one week period; When we returned for the second dinner, a few days after the first, the staff recognized us and greeted us warmly, Our wait-person remembered our allergies before we said anything. One thing that particularly impressed us was how professional the wait staff was when dealing with a table of diners who were either unaware of or didn’t care about the accepted norms of behaviour in a fine dining establishment.

Despite booking a table, we were put around the back next to the kitchen and behind the bar which served for a very poor ambience. On top of this, twice, the waiters served tables that were seated after us. The service was quite poor and it felt like they kept forgetting about us which was confirmed when they forgot our wine and the pasta was cold. Not a good experience overall, especially considering the price point.

Service was v slow, we were given a table next to the service area and when we asked if we could move (given there were multiple tables free) we had to ask several times. Finally moved and the food was v poor and definitely didn’t match the reviews which weee generally very good

Fantastic New Year’s Eve dinner, if a little overstuffed and imbalanced in flavor. Everything was excellent but exceptionally rich. The only real issue is that the seating is a bit uncomfortable after an hour or so - charming but could use some slight improvement

The service was terrible. My food came out within 15 minutes. My guest's food took an hour to come out. I had finished eating and we were still waiting for her food. We asked about it 3 times. No apology, no follow up. Fortunately, the food was tasty but it's hard to enjoy a meal when you're upset.

The. Best. Restaurant in Florence and maybe the world: must try the pasta cacio e burro and the Tuscan appetizer sampler. It is truly unforgettable dining experience and the people are so kind and beautiful. Cibrèo Caffe is worth a special trip to Florence.
