Gentile cliente, grazie per la sua recensione, mi preme comunque precisare, che lo standard qualitativo della nostra è caratterizzato dalla tipologia dell'impasto realizzato con lievito madre e una mescola di farine di grani antichi con una lenta lievitazione di 72 ore, dalla qualità degli ingredienti del condimento e dalla sua quantità per renderla ricca. Qualità e caratteristiche riconosciute da tantissimi nostri clienti. Possibilmente diversa dalla pizza che lei è abituato a mangiare. Grazie
