Wonderful food, wine, and service.

Non-attentive service - 30 mins for a pre- drink. Wine list did not arrive despite several requests. We lost faith in the rest of the evening, cut our losses and left before ordering. We could see that other tables were irritated at the poor service as well.

Amazing food, great service and friendly staff. My husband and I enjoyed a lovely meal here during our trip to Palermo. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and gave us great wine and food recommendations. Highly recommend the prawn tempura starter and lobster linguine!

Fabulous food full of flavour. Service initially excellent but got a little slower as they became busy. On hindsight should have opted for an inside table as the crazy sicillian motor bikes, cars and petrol fumes spoilt the preety outside terrace. Still one of the best meals during our Palermo visit.

The only reason for my bad review is that we heard what a great restaurant it was so I made the reservation through the Fork. It was accepted. When we tried to find the restaurant it wasn't there. Another couple arrived and couldn't find it either. The concierge at our hotel called and there was no answer. Seems the restaurant disappeared in thin air. 🤷♀️

The restaurant is elegant yet relaxed. The Buon Riccardo set menu was exquisite and showcased so many delicious Sicilian foods. The desserts are out of this world. Luca was an excellent and helpful waiter.

Pleasant food but not amazing. Our starter of raw crudite fish was very good however my pasta with red prawn sauce was good but prawns overcooked . Restaurant was filled with locals.

The two pasta dishes ( shrimp and pork ragu) were good. I had the pasta with tuna and it was disappointing. It was tasteless. Shrimp tempura appetizer was good but there were 3 small shrimps in the order. The best dish we had was the cod appetizer. The people in the restaurant did not appear friendly and barely interacted with us. Pricey. Dessert was uninspiring.

Our hotel suggested it. The food was very good! And the ambiance was Lovely. Unfortunately, service was very slow. Our server was great but she seemed to be the only one!

Attentive service and excellent food. It was a thundery and rainy night so the restaurant was not very full. This meant it felt like special individual service and a meal cooked especially for me. There was ample shelter from the rain so it was still possible to enjoy an excellent atmosphere and the warm night.

We were staying close to this restaurant and probably went 5 or 6 times over the month we were in Palermo. Never disappointed. We tried a number of the pasta dishes, the lobster pasta they had on special, the lamb, the black pork. Each dish was fantastic. The servers are professional and extremely nice. Honestly a great experience and can't wait to go back next year. Don't miss this restaurant if you are in Palermo..

Really enjoyed the seafood and the sea bream deboned at our table. The rose wine was good in the heat. We had an inside seat in the air conditioned room. Decor was fresh and light.

Service was attentive and professional. Fortunately, for us, the server spoke good English. Food was good. Actually too much in quantity. Wine was excellent. The room is small, tables a bit close, but comfortable. It is a small restaurant.

Expensive also compared to London considering the very small portions. We ordered (among the others) a fish mixed grilled and it endded up being a micro piece of ricciola, a small grilled calamari and two prawns. In Palermo for €28 for a fish mixed grilled dish you get way more fish of great quality...

Food was delicious not your typical dishes. Everything had something different about it. Whether it was with pomegranate or ceci added it wasn’t typical Italian. We loved every dish. Service was very attentive and quick. Price was discrete. We split two antipasti a pasta and a second dish. Two deserts and a bottle of wine and spent €100. The room was decorated nicely. Definitely recommend this place

Cannot believe how poor the service was. Think they wanted our table. The waiter brought our Primi whilst we were still eating our appetizers. He literally took our plates away!

Service was good and the place nice but the food was a bit uninspiring, the main was partially cold and two of three meat dishes were out by 8:30!

A very well appointed and tasteful restaurant with excellent, attentive and knowledgeable staff. The food was first class, beautifully presented and had high quality local ingredients. A memorable dining experience!

Sea bass was cooked perfectly . Great pace of service. Extensive wine list, at reasonable prices. Cannoli was delicious. Very quiet when we visited on Sunday, 11 November.

Unfortunately the restaurant claimed they had not received my reservation via the Fork. After insisting I had made the booking, we were given a table anyway, but told they would need to free the table for somebody else in 1 hour or so. The person who served us spoke English and was very friendly and helpful. The food and wine was really nice, the service was very fast. Overall we enjoyed it and would recommend to others.

Amazing hospitality and food. They made us feel like we were in a friends home. Highly recommend.
