Welcoming from the moment we stepped in and with a really authentic feel which we've been trying to find during our trip. The food was the best we'd found in the area and I'd especially recommend the pici al ragú! Go here, you won't regret it.

We were greeted by friendly staff. The chef himself came to our table and took our orders. The food was extremely good and having two dogs with us was no problem. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I went here when we were staying in the area and had a wonderful time. The food and service were excellent. Highly recommend the sampler appetizer. The zucchini appetizer was my favorite. Would definitely go back if we return to the area.

This sweet spot was recommended for a true Florentino steak experience and the delivered! Great house wine, special local appetizer and both a fun and tasty experience selecting and eating our steak. It was just a terrific find!

Food and service was great. The fiori fritte was great as was the taliata. Very very tender. Marco and Silvia are wonderful hosts. Don't miss visiting this restaurant.

Marco and his wife Silvia are the best. The Beautiful Florentine beef steak comes to your table mostly cooked and on a very small grill so you can finish it just the way you like and each bite for the next hour will be hot! This is a unique way of serving beef and if you like hot meat like I do then it’s the only place to go! The other food is traditional and delicious. Of course the wine selection and value is very good, hence the name!

I went expecting great things, after all it’s number one on the San Casciano recommended list. And everything was very good. This is a very serviceable neighborhood joint. We’ll go back.

The appetizer which was a little of everything they offer was amazing as were the pasta dishes (the ravioli were to die for) and the pork stuffed with juniper and garlic.

Lovely place! Excellent meat - the kids had the burger which was amazing. also pasta dishes were delicious and the ladies welcomed us with a smile and professional manner. We had a great time. thanks!

Second time in Tuscany and second visit to this excellent restaurant. The owner Marco is a wonderful host who can’t do enough for you. As for the food we shared an unbelievable Florentine steak and a variety of tasty pasta dishes Next time we are in Tuscany we will be back

Wonderful personal restaurant with great, friendly service from the owner who personally took the time to greet everyone and recommend what to eat and drink. Very much appreciated! We all were very satisfied with what we had! Had to wait a while for the service during the dinner but since only two were working and it was a full house it was understandable. I would definitely go back. Book in advance!

Superb ambience,decor and atmosphere.staff brilliant,and the owner was a gentleman,interesting to see him with a new member of staff and encouraging him to do well, very impressive his friendly manner most impressive. Not forgetting the waitresses,attentive and knowledgeable,with a high degree of pleasantness.
