9/10We love it. It's hard to choose between restaurant in Firenze because they have all almost the same offers. We really enjoy italian foods and products and were looking for a good dinning experience. That's what we got.

10/10We had the bistecca a la fiorentina and it was DELICIOUS. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the atmosphere of the place and the area where it's located. Highly recommend it

Had a very pleasant experience. The service is very warm. My friend asked for and was provided with hot water many times during meals and it was completely free. The T-bone steak is perfect seasoned. Before ordering, I asked if the steak could not be cooked too bloody, at last the medium degree was just right proper and not bloody, which I am grateful for. Also, I think the best dish today is the cheesecake. I'm not keen on desserts very much because most desserts in Europe are a little too sweet, but the cheese flavor of this cheesecake is incredibly strong and a little salty (not too sweet at all), with sour fruit jam (maybe blueberries and chia seeds? ) more highlights the flavor of cheese. A very satisfying meal. I appreciated it so much. ❤️

I arrived at my reserved 8:30pm time. I was told it was “sold out”. No room. Come back in 30-40 min. He finally stuck me outside in a tiny table at the street/curb next to a sewer drain.…yes a sewer drain (I have pix). A bag of bread was all ends……yes 5 of them. Not one slice of bread. Food was good, service ok but eating in the street next to a sewer drain was beyond inexcusable after I reserved the day before. Not cool!!!

8/10Pleasant dinner. Service was slow and they seemed a bit disorganized. My steak was overcooked but no one ever came by to check on us.
