10/10What a fabulous team! They took on 5 more people than I made a reservation for and still managed exceptional service. We were a large group with multiple languages and personal tastes. Despite that, we all found the food delicious, well-prepared and thoughtfully curated. We will be back!

7/10The food wasnt great. I’ve been to better italians. Vitello tonato too small, also thick meat, the pasta disheshad too much cream. Not many options in the menu. Service was very good and environment was nice.

6.5/10Lovely restaurant but service was very poor - We had a lovely waiter who unfortunately made an error - no problem if his senior had dealt with it in a less aggressive manner ! Nice ambience and food , shame about the grumpy manager

10/10The food and service were all excellent. The filet was perfection. The octopus was perfectly prepared.. we also enjoyed the carpaccio. When in Amsterdam we will return.

10/10We found this restaurant after we meet a good friend of us. If you like authentic Italian food that’s the perfect place for you, specially because the owner is Italian and he knows what he is doing. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the best restaurant I was in Amsterdam.

10/10A local gem of a restaurant. Very intimate and the staff were very attentive. I had the tuna - very well-flavoured. My partner had tenderloin and it was well seasoned too. We both shared a chocolate souffle that was to die for! A lovely evening.

10/10I took my family here for the night and they loved it! We had a dark haired Spanish guy as our waiter, he had great energy for a guy who was serving so many tables. I got the Tenderloin and the flavours were amazing! I will definitely be back here in the future.

10/10Happy to discover this little Italian restaurant. Every pasta I have ordered here was excellent. The molten chocolate and vanilla desert was great and service is quick. Will be a regular visitor.

8.5/10This little restaurant was a great find! The chef is cooking himself and getting the best quality of food on the table. The starters were amazing and the truffle linguini is the best. Will definitely visit again and it is highly recommended. Staff were okay but not very friendly. No WiFi and no AC inside if you are planning to visit during the hot season.

9/10They have several dishes that are spectacular and others that are very good. Speak with your waiter to find out which. Menu is only in Dutch and Italian. Tables are tight, and service is a little slow, but the wines by the glass are superb and make the waiting effortless.

10/10Great host and fantastic food. We had the linguine and a steak amongst other things and everything was delicious. Ciro is a very nice guy and even joined for a coffee in the end of the meal

4/10We have been coming to this restaurant for THREE years — it is our regular Friday night routine — but tonight this restaurant made it clear that we were no more valued than a walk-in from the street despite having made an online booking over a week in advance. We were told to leave because they were full. Shocked. No other word for it. If we’re being honest, Ciro has been on a slow downhill slide — apparently a founding partner left for Thailand and never came back and now they have lost all their loyal staff from when we started going there and restructured the menu (not to the better), and to say the service is chaotic is a huge understatement. All the best, Ciro Passimi del Olio, but we don’t have high hopes for your future...

8/10Booked this restaurant after reviewing feedbacks on tripadvisor. It is a good Italian restaurant (not a pizzzeria). Everything was good and we have really no complaints about the food, the service or quality. But I have to admit I was hoping for more inspiring dishes and plating. It was good but not excellent. Also, they are not shy on wine prices (the lowest was 30 euros and most from 50 euros and up). All in all we did have a nice meal with good wine and good service so, no complaints.

10/10We had such an amazing meal here! The staff was attentive, personable and really helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and the overall experience has us looking forward to going back! I could eat lobster pasta and lamb meatballs until I explode ;) Thank you Ciro restaurant for such a wonderful experience!

9/10We always come back to this restaurant for their delicious truffle pasta. It is always busy, but the service is good. We also liked all the wine we've tasted. But there is a price gap in the middle segment for glass of wine.
