3.5/10Our waiter messed up our order and instead of apologizing he seemed quite annoyed that he had to change it to the right one. Aside from that, the food was average and took a long time to arrive. Overall, not the best experience.

10/10This restaurant was amazing! We have people in our group who are gluten free/celiac and another who is vegan. Ciro & Sons was able to take care of everyone. They have a separate gluten free kitchen and everything on the menu can be made gluten free. Gluten free food is also marked with a sticker on the plate or a tag stating it is gluten free when it comes from the kitchen. Our server also took special care to point out all the non-vegan dishes that could be made vegan upon request so vegan choices are even more than the menu states. We all decided we would happily go back to eat here before we leave Florence.

9.5/10We went for the gluten free pizza. It was so good. The crust was like real pizza and so delicious. My husband had the regular pizza and loved it They were so busy that the service was a little so slow in the beginning. There was always twenty to thirty people in line. I would have a reservation or you will be waiting a long time.

9/10Great gluten free find! They have gluten free options for ALL dishes and it felt so good to be able to order anything on the menu and be accommodated. Pizza was excellent. Would highly recommend, for gluten free eaters but also for their companions!

9.5/10Wonderful dinner with family. Beautiful setting and great service. Dining room is a bit loud, so I wouldn’t call it romantic. I’d definitely recommend it though.

10/10Delicious Italian pizza in a friendly restaurant. The menu is simple and clear in Italian and English. Olives were provided for the table before we ordered, which was nice. Our pizzas were hot and tasty, not the best ones we’ve ever had but very good. The wine was delicious too.

4/10Service was fast and efficient. I ordered one robster pasta which was recommended by a server. The pasta was totally plaine and the half of robster was not well cooked. Honesty, my pasta with a tomato sauce from the supermarket is much more delicious than this restaurant's one. I paid 25 euros for one pasta. My husband ordered a cream pasta. which was very delicious though. You could go if you don't mind touristic restaurant and if you order something else except the lobster pasta.

10/10We started with fried Calamari and Cassiopeia Rose. For the main course we took Spaghetti with lobster Ann pomodori sauce, it was tasty but over rated. We took also baked see bas, it was very tasty. For dessert we took Apple pie with vanilla ice cream and cream Brûlée, it was delicious.

10/10We loved eating at this place. The food was really nice, my daughter loved her lasagna. The waiters were friendly and helpful and fast. We didn’t have to wait long. The dishes do come at different times because they come from different kitchens but this was perfect for me being coeliac. When my food arrived it was clearly marked as gluten free and lactose free. We felt well looked after.

10/10We came to Ciro&Sons last year and ended up eating there several times on our trip. This year we are back for our honeymoon and half of the reason we returned to Florence was because of the quality of food - Everything can be gluten free, lactose free and even accommodated for the fact I cannot eat onions. Family businesses are the best and I would not recommend anywhere as highly as Ciro&Sons. If you are gluten free or lactose free and don't eathere whilst you are in Florence, you are missing out!! Thank you, thank you, thank you ????

9/10If you are gluten free you will be in heaven. Their gf pizzas are amazing. Loved lunch so much we even had dinner there that same night. Everything on the menu can be made gluten free.

8.5/10Food was excellent. The first two dishes came out very quickly, and then we waited for almost half hour before the rest of the dishes came out. Owner was friendly and welcoming; however service from the wait staff left much to be desired.

7.5/10If you are Asian, you may have to wait longer than other tables for ordering and paying. There were many employees, but there was only ONE employee who made eye contact. We had to pay later than the table next to us even though we requested it before them. If you are confident that you will request payment and wait about 30 minutes for payment, I recommend.

10/10A friend recommended Ciro & Sons to me several years ago and it has become my favorite "go-to" restaurant in central Florence. It is perfect for business meals, romantic night out, or lunch with friends. The food is ALWAYS excellent (and they are able to expertly accommodate Gluten and lactose allergies which is why I chose the today for a business meeting with clients), the ambiance is elegant but relaxed, and the service is the best you'll find. Giuseppe, the son of the owners, greets every guest like family, his brother Enzo is in the kitchen, and Alessandro and Mercedes always provide excellent service out on the floor. It is their warmth and the consistently excellent food that keep me coming back. Thanks my friends!
