I discovered Bar VinOsteria Civico27 in Novara and was very pleased. I enjoyed the traditional Piedmontese dishes, carefully prepared and beautifully presented; the risotto and gnocchi were flavorful and homemade. The staff is courteous and quick, and the owner manages the place professionally, even during busy periods. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or an evening aperitif; its central location makes it a convenient stop while visiting the historic center. The wine selection is well-curated, and the staff can recommend perfect pairings. The prices seemed fair for the quality offered. I recommend booking on weekends or for groups, and asking for the daily specials to try the seasonal specialties. Before visiting, it's worth checking the official channels for updated opening hours and menus. I'll gladly return to try other seasonal offerings and enjoy an aperitif with a good bottle of local wine.
