Food was Okay, But the service…I arrived 10 mins earlier, But they didnt let me in…not éven saying any reason. The top on the cake was that I didnt get the discount price…

The food and red wine are good. Must try local Bologna cuisines. Promotion is applied at the end. No funny business. Highly recommended and I’ll be back here when I’m in Bologna

Visited this on our first night in Bologna and not disappointed. Quite a few Italians eating in here which felt good. Food was good, pasta superb, certainly would go back again. Later on in our stay would to some fancy places but in a way this stood out as good food done well with no frills.

Spent a pleasant evening here on Valentine’s Day by myself! Had two servers look after me. Very friendly and efficient staff. Ordered a small meal of ragu and tagliatelle, and as this is mainly the most I can eat at one meal I had an icecream for dessert. The house wine was robust and dry, and went well with the ragu. I was expecting the ragu to have more flavour but added lots of Parmesan and it was fine.

Personable helpful Gabrielle was our waiter (because his English was excellent unlike our Italian,) We were greeted and seated by his charming father the man with a “twinkle “ in his eye.. Excellent spritz Campari, we also loved the house Prosecco and local red. Bruschetta great, carbonara and seafood pasta the same. We dined early 7.20 - restaurant quiet but nice ambience. Would choose to return. Sadly an early departure tomorrow…

Very good meal, Cotoletta alla Bolognese was worth ordering as was the Torta al cioccolato. The recommended wines were fantastic. Very helpful staff, I would go again.

Good food. We ate outside. Street is somewhat less busy and less crowded than some making for a more pleasant experience. Reasonable prices.

I had expected a better meal and a warmer ambiance. The restaurant was nearly empty. The food was mediocre. The presentation was less than appealing.

The service was excellent, with very nice humour on the part of the waiter that took care of us. We had a real feast, with four different pasta courses, all of which were excellent. It is an unpretentious restaurant, giving great food (and wine) at very reasonable prices. It was absolutely a highlight of our visit to Bologna.

Just wonderful! Food was amazing, service was charming & attentive and on top, we had a magical musician across the street who serenaded us all through the evening... Just enchanting!!
