10/10Our table was next to the window so we got to see the light show in the hotel patio it was a really nice experience🤍 The service was really thoughtful, we were getting restless because the food took some time and they offered us a starter free of charge The food was beautifully plated and very delicious We certainly will be back!

10/10We had a wonderful evening the food was delicious and so pretty. It was quiet being midweek but that didn’t spoil the ambiance. Music in the background was perfect and then a fantastic light show. The real show for us though were the wonderful waiters. Attentive, friendly and fun they do a fabulous job.

9/10The light show is worth it, and the ambiance, in general, is great. It's inside a hotel and everything is beautiful. Even though I had a problem with my payment they quickly handled it and everything was fine in the end. The food was great but not amazing, because the sharing portions were a little too small for them to be called something to share, but overall they were good, would go back another day to try some other plates

6.5/10Dining was really encouraged for the buffet. Service was efficient and attentive, but they did mess up when asked about food allergies. (Server said the buffet was peanut-free, but we discovered a peanut-covered item.) Not sure if the restaurant generally caters to tour groups, but one was present during our dinner. We enjoyed the light show and overall ambiance otherwise.

8/10The overall experience was great until the payment. The waiter checked the bill for us asked us to pay together after we expressed we want to split the bill, and the reason he gave us is that if we split the bill he will have more work to do. First of all, all of us are pretty sure he's not talking in a chill way which means he's actually complaining. Secondly, I used the discount from the Fork so many times and many of them we split the bill and never had I ever met the situation that the waiter complained it will increase his workload to customers and insist we paid together. After explaining to the waiter each of us hold card from different countries which is difficult for us to transfer, the waiter split the bill for us with a super terrible attitude that all of us felt super uncomfortable. If it's too much burden for your restaurant to have that discount then don't put it on the Fork, but not our customers should be blamed on that.

10/10We are coming to this place not for the first and for sure not a last time . Yesterday we had a pleasure of meeting a Chef himself ! Indulging in Chef's culinary creations is like receiving a flavorful kiss straight to the stomach! The dishes are not just meals; they're love letters delicately composed on plates. Bravo, Chef! Your food is truly a love affair for the senses. You are the Diamond of this place and truly inspirational human being. Thank you for the experience. We 1000% recommend this amazing place, because of delicious food, great ambient and light show

8.5/10The restaurant has high quality food and we enjoyed the experience in general. The staff was very kind and this added to the nice atmosphere. The menu is a little confusing and not very easy to understand. The prices and the design do not make it easy to figure the portions of the dishes so it is hard to plan without the assistance of the waiter. The kitchen is semi-molecular so they try to name things/dishes with headlines that are "smart" but many times that do not convey the content of the dish truly - this can be an issue if you have allergies or are on a diet or simply if you don't like some specific ingredients. So - in the attempt to be "smart" or innovative there's the downside of becoming misunderstood and making it quite a challenge to understand what is it you are eating. I felt I needed to be extra careful as a vegetarian. I am not a fan of the hotel lobby design - I felt it could be a little more cozy and intimate and less business meeting type. That's a personal preference. The dessert we had was wonderful (though again we really struggled to understand what will we get when ordering).

10/10Perfect. Calm and elegant restaurant Not crowded which make it easy and very convenient to have a good conversation in a very nice ambiance. The show starts at 10 and it’s worth it! Breathtaking atmosphere and incredible interesting

9/10Had Christmas Eve dinner there. It was a buffet with a very good spread, better than expected, with great service by staff not unhappy to be working on Christmas Eve, and free flow of drinks (including beer and 1 red and 1 white wine), all for EUR45 per person. This is not much more than the normal cost for a meal at this restaurant. I am REALLY very happy with their offer on Christmas Eve.

9.5/10Really creative dishes- maybe not found in other parts of the city. Hoteniel, my waiter, was very hospitable, conversational, and made the experience even better. To top things off- diners are treated with a 15 minute light show, starting at 2200hr, and is something you just gotta see. Thanks!

7/10The Xmas lunch menu on 25th Dec was very poor for €40 p.p. It was “all you can eat buffet” style, and for main course they only had octopus for fish and lamb for meat… these two options have a very specific taste for a buffet where clients can’t order anything else. Our party didn’t like both options so we end up eating rice, brocolli and overcooked pasta with red souce… No vegetarian options available as well. Food wise very disappointing, however the service was great!

2/10Food portions are unusually small. Service was slow & sparse. Creme brûlée did not taste fresh or smooth. Loved the light show & the hotel is very nice. We just couldn’t get over the sub-par restaurant. Disappointing.

5/10We were really looking forward to visiting this restaurant, it was rated highly and the restaurants marketing was very good. It was not overly busy there on our visit, so we were surprised at how poor the service was. Once seated we were left for about 15 minutes before anyone came with menus or to ask for a drinks order, it was only us getting their attention that changed that. Once we had ordered, only one of our drinks came (a beer) but the other drink (a house wine) wasn’t with it…we were assured it would come…20 minutes later we had to ask again and finally it arrived. Over the course of the evening, other than food being brought out, we weren’t checked on to see if everything was ok, ask if we wanted any more drinks, etc. The food overall was quite bland which did surprise us. It was visually appealing but the taste didn’t back it up. Sadly even the 10pm light show wasn’t enough to save the experience…it went on a bit showing things that didn’t have any relevance to learning about Lisbon.

10/10The restaurant is quite beautiful and well designed. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and satisfied with our meal. The food was unique and truly outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone interested in a fine dining experience.

10/10Excellent welcome from the employees and by the chef itself. The overall environment is quite and very familiar. We were really surprised about the food, all divine and full of taste, i was specially enchanted with the tacos of black pork (simply outstanding). The all concept of sharing are very nice and let us have a very goog moment between the people around the table. The light and color show during the meal was really amazing and different from everything i have seen so far in this type of restaurant and hotel. I really recommend the experience, for me it will not be last time , for sure !

10/10The Head Chef (i think Chef Celos Dias) went out of his way to ensure that our little one had a blast...apart from preparing and serving us a brilliant and delicious meal! He did a finger puppet show, let our little one help with torching the creme brûlée, and ensured we had a good understanding of the dishes and the Lisbon Light Show! We highly recommend this place and definitely would go back with family and friends!

10/10Gourmet food but with enough quantity and a very reasonable price You are Wellcome with an octopus salada with complements of the chief. We have eaten the codfish and the duck both cooked in a very fashionable way and the presentation was marvelous. The taste was very good. We will come back!
