The ambience and service was good. However, the food was terrible. It was very bland and the vegetables and fruits were not ripe. We ordered the short ribs as one of our mains and they were extremely fatty, but also very tough and barely edible. Overall, I was very disappointed and this has been the worst food i’ve had in Rome.

+1Our best and favorite dinner while we were in Rome. The service was great, the staff were incredibly friendly and sweet with our toddler, knowledgeable, and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy with the plant decor and music. And the food was delicious! We had the dumplings appetizer, two entrees, and the tangerine cheesecake + tiramisu. We also shared a bottle of white wine and my husband also had a "Mahonia" cocktail. We would highly recommend dining here and would happily do so again if in Rome!

10/10Very fun, cool restaurant with an aesthetic interior and interesting gastronomical dishes including different gels, foams and other unusual techniques and ingredients. Before dinner, we were offered an interesting amuse-bouche that really set the stage. For dessert, the tiramisu is highly recommended for the visual surprise. My 13-year-old daughter is just starting to become a more adventurous eater and she had a great time.

The food was really nice, but what stood out the most was the amazing drinks, they really made our night. The whole experience was pleasant and light, the seating was a little off: something's wrong about it, but I can't name what exactly. Maybe the spaces between tables or the leather chairs that become too hot after 30min. Overall great, I've mentioned this place to many friends, and although the food was good, I must say without those fabulous drinks I don't think the result would've been the same.

6/10Over-designed food that left us with empty stomachs. Fancy-looking mediocre food. Even the risotto was tasteless. Pasta for the kids - a piece fell and almost made a sound, so hard, so tasteless. We had an ‘after’, we ate somewhere else after dinner. Set menus don’t work here.

10/10We had an excellent time at Clorophila. The tasting menu is very good, with creative spins on traditional dishes. The wine pairing was very good and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the dishes and the service.

The meal we had here was spectacular! Highly recommend the risotto and carbonara! Service was also excellent and quick. And, the lush interior makes this place especially unique.

+1I wasn’t too much into the cuisine. I loved the butter and the tuna tartar. But the selection was rather narrow for my taste. The gosh I got was really salty and it was served with broccoli leaves, which are really bitter. My husbands lamb ragout pasta was good.

+1We took a shot and hit a bullseye! Looking for quality restaurant and got even more. The servers were great, attentive, and helped with choices- they were welcoming with our broken Italian and smiled the entire time. The food was unique, but not overwhelming. Good size dishes, at a good price. The presentation looked delicious, and the taste was well balanced and great. The atmosphere was a little loud at times, but decor fit with the green/grass/chlorophyll name. Not at all crowded on a Friday night at 8pm. Overall, a gem of a restaurant in central Rome. One of the top 2 (if not #1) places we are in Rome- highly recommend!

first time visiting this gem of a restaurant, great experience, food, staff ambient and location. we took the beef tarta, duck breast and saltimbocca (Roman dish) all was delicious, p.s for bread lovers you are in for a treat. staff was super friendly and attentive

10/10Family of 5. 3 decided to have the chef’s desgustazione. Awesome! The 6 year old had French fries and they were also delicious! My oldest son opted for the carbonara and loved it as well. We left full! The space was gorgeous and everyone was super nice. Definitely a spot to visit.

+4Great restaurant that is reimagining traditional Roman/ Italian cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a new Italian cuisine experience. Cocktails are great and the bartender will give you suggestions in which cocktails will pair well with your meal. The beef tartar with eggnog and hazelnuts is a great way to start the meal. The carbonara is amazing, and the linguine with clams and shaved fish eggs is delightful. The turbot saltimbocca and grilled octopus are just as good!

I recommend if you reach that part of Rome Try carbonara ripieni - quite flavourful It is a nice getaway from the streets of Rome. I’ve been there for lunch, for dinner should be even better

Amazing!! We shared the CARBONARA RIPIENA AL TARTUFO NERO & the FUNGHI E RIBES and I think they might be my two favourite dishes we had in Rome! Service staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel super comfortable during our dinner

a new twist on Italian classics and more... this restaurant was a wonderful discovery! The staff welcomed our group in a beautifully appointed dining space, and was gracious in its recommendations. We were able to try several dishes that were all refined and tasteful. Highly recommended!!

10/10We opted for the chef’s choice 6 course meal since we were unfamiliar with the local cuisine and wanted to get the best experience possible. We were very pleasantly surprised with the food and wine pairings provided. Each course was very expertly prepared and the wines and cocktails paired perfectly with the dishes. As our first time in Rome, this was an absolutely fantastic experience and we hope to be able to come back again soon!

I had the duck with wild chicory that was perfectly cooked — tender, flavored with rock salt and a berry compote that added just a touch of sweetness. House Nebbiolo was light and smooth. Dessert was the tris di cioccolato - a must for mousse fans. Super cool and easy ambiance with a well-informed and professional staff. Can’t wait to return!

10/10Wonderful staff that was helpful, attentive and fun. I have a food allergy and they were extremely accommodating. Food and cocktails were delicious…especially the Tris Di Cioccolato dessert. We would go here again.
