I have already left a review with no response back , staff were nice , place was nice , food was over priced and had no flavour my steak was over cooked as were my chips , would not go back again sadly

Steak (ribeye) was well cooked but decidedly mediocre meat. Honestly I wouldn’t go there again for that steak. Staff were great but I felt like it was a well oiled expensive machine in terms of service and delivery and rotation of tables

Food was good and the staff were excellent. Our party particularly liked the wooden decour inside which was very fitting for Val Thorens. I would definitely go again.

We come to Val Thorens every year, so we do at club 72. But this was probably the last time having dinner there. The place had turned into an money machine where efficiency goes before enjoying an easy dinner. They show you your table and as a guest it feels like their main focus is getting you your meal and get you to go again as quickly as possible. Food is good, but not that good in comparison to what other restaurants have to offer for better prices.

Lovely ambiance - nice full and buzzing restaurant. However I was disappointed that the steak dinner didn’t live up to my expectations. The steak itself was pretty good but it was cold by the time I managed to actually get a knife and fort from a waitress. The pepper sauce didn’t seem to contain any pepper …and the French fries were soggy and had been cycled through the fryer once too many times.

Genuinely one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Fabulous staff. Wine, steaks, sides and starters all incredible. Couldn’t manage desserts but they also looked delicious. All round could not fault it. 10/10.

If I phone 3 hours prior to our visit and I am not allowed to cancel. You stated that I will have pay 220 € That is bad service

Overpriced and rushed serviced. They take advantage that there are few options available in the resort and provide mediocre food for high prices. Sides are good though.

We arrived on time for a booking made weeks in advance only to be told we had to be off our table an hour and 15 minutes later. The service was rushed and the food poor. 4 of our steaks were not eatable and had to be returned, when we asked to speak to the manager he was rude and wouldn’t see our point of view although in the end did remove the cost of steaks only.

This was our second visit to Club 72, and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious—truly out of this world—and our waiter was fantastic. The atmosphere was classy and intimate, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back again. Fantastic—thank you!

Alessio took care of us and paid great attention to our needs. He asked when we were ready to eat and we told him 10 minutes and our meal came as we wanted. Our daughter was not sure how she would have her steak cooked.Alessio brought out a chart showing pictures of differing levels of crooked steak. I and my partner choose rare whilst our daughter wanted medium rare. The steaks came as we wished and tasted beautiful. Our daughter is quire a fussy eater but loved the steak and potatoes. I cannot fault the food, service or drink.

Restaurant is very nice. the service is fine. the food, it's main selling point, BEEF is not really up to scratch. Overcooked when ordered medium. Didn't take care over allergy requests.

Couldn’t cook a fillet steak to the customers preference. Twice my wife’s steak was sent back then the fries were left to go cold. Poor value for money!

service was excellent, atmosphere was great. The food was just not as good as we had hoped. Weak flavors, bland food.

We loved the ambience of the restaurant straight away. All staff were attentive and friendly. Food was amazing. We booked a return visit as we left the restaurant. Can’t wait to try something else on their menu. Definitely worth a visit.

Expensive, service pretty rushed, we both had extremely upset stomachs the next day. Also selling a starter (Quesadilla) for EUR 25 and 3 tiny tacos show up is not only a joke in terms of pricing but an inaccurate description of the food. Would not recommend this restaurant.

I've been here 3 or 4 times and it's gone down hill a bit. The prices are too high, my chips were mediocre and I left with heartburn due to a very acidic red wine. I will try another "big meal" restaurant next time.

Great atmosphere & delicious steaks. Bringing the meat out to show us before we chose added to the theatre! It was cooked to perfection.
