6/10It was ok. Food took 1h to arrive and the pasta was floating in oil and it looked microwaved. The service was alright, however we didn’t get cutlery and when we asked the waiter forgot. Also the pizza cutter had a hair so we had to ask for a new one. The bathrooms were not clean.

Hi Maria, I’m sorry your expectations for the Pasta aglio e olio (garlic and olive oil) weren’t met. We Will evaluatie this with our kitchen team. We are sorry the bathroom wasn’t clean, during service it’s not always possible to check if they are still spotless. We Will pay closer attention in the future.

Hi Alessandro, We’re sorry you had this experience.. We were trying to explain to you that if you don’t communicate in advance that you make reservations through the fork, you risk being labeled as a potential no-show, which is the warming we received from the fork with your reservation. We were Just trying to help. When it became clear that you did mention that you made reservations on the fork but that it wasn’t properly communicated internally, we apologized and you accepted. You also told us you enjoyed your meal. So we are a littlebit confused why you chose to write this review. Having said this, we would like to invite you for a lunch or Dinner for 2, all costs covered by us. Hopefully we can turn this situation around. Kind regards, team Club Capri
