9/10Good food, good service and good artists, It's clearly catered for tourists, but we didn't get the impression of the place being a tourist trap. It's better to go early, because some of the tables don't have the best view of the fado musicians, but even the worst places still get a generally good view. Price-wise, it is expensive, as expected for a touristy fado restaurant. But in my opinion, the food and show quality justify the higher price mark.

10/10This was awesome experience. Although we read some questionable reviews before, we went to Clube de Fado and got amaized with food, service and music. This place is great and we would recommend it for anyone who want to get a feel about Lisbon and Portugal.

3.5/10This is the worst place to experience Fado music. It’s targeting clueless tourists and the music was interrupted every 2 second by either a screaming baby or someone who was filming with a flash on. The food is so bad and very expensive ( when you ask for bread, they give you half a slice and charge you 3 euro). As someone who came to Portugal a few times, I recommend to book a fado show in a nice, intimate space, as it is meant to be experienced and go and have dinner in a good and nice Portuguese restaurant for half the price.

10/10This restaurant came highly recommended, and it did not disappoint. It was my first trip to Portugal and my first Fado performance. It was my best evening in Lisbon. The food was fantastic and the singers and musicians were amazing. I cant' wait to come back someday!

8.5/10We had a very enjoyable evening and the Fado was well worth it. Nicely done. Service was attentive. And the Fado Experience, which begins at 9:00 was very enjoyable.

6.5/10Fantastic music & singer with a beautiful voice. Lovely atmosphere, however the food was not quite up to standard, lamb was very dry & veal dish was quite salty. However the Jamon starter & Prawn starter was beautiful.

4.5/10This pace has two room the main one is nice the second one where we were moved in is basic. The bad news is we were seated next to the fire extinguisher! The server was not friendly. We are at 7:30 and it took 15 min to place our order. The food quality was basic and the service ultra slow. The place wa full of tourists like us. At 8:45 still no Fado so we left. I would recommend to go to a non tourists place like I went a decade ago.

7.5/10Pro’s: the service is very kind and attentive, the fado show is great (and let’s be honest, that’s why you go) and it’s a pretty space Con’s: the food quality is ok, but for the price should be better. The room itself was very hot and uncomfortable (24 degrees on a January night!) and people are crmmed in very tight

9/10Was there with 2 Portuguese amigas. Excellent food, which we didnt expect from a Fado place: cataplana, polvo laguereira, presunto, cheeses, wine excellent, chocolate cake a bit dry, Great ambience despite almost everyone being tourists, Fado was superb and plenty of it, Musicians and singers the best. Arrived at 8 pm and left at midnight after last fado set, taxis and Ubers cant enter this street, so need to walk down after drop off. Will return! We will definitely

5.5/10The whole point of going to this restaurant is to listen to the live fado music. But regardless of reservation time, the music starts at 9p. 4 songs later, they are gone and the next group is 10p. 4 songs later they are gone and the next group is at 10:30. Another 4 songs and that's it. Even though tipping isn't customary in Portugal, they push for it (likely dut to how many foreigners go there).

8/10Fado doesn’t start till after 9pm. We had a 7:30 reservation and had to wait a long time for the music. Get a latter reservation if you are going to enjoy the music.

10/10Simply, the best Fado Restaurant in Lisbon. World class singers and musicians delivering emotional ballads and light hearted inspirational songs to attentive (and appropriatey quiet) audience for 15 minute sessions...followed by 20 minute breaks when the audience cheers and enjoys drinks and conversstion. Mostly family style tables, enabling tourists to meet others from around the world. And did i mention the food... very good. There is no posted cover charge but it is essentially built into prices of entres... all of which are between 28 to 35 Euros (as of Oct 2023). A good quality bottle of wine around 26 Euros. We had a large 3/4 inch thick piece of tender veal on a bed of potato slices topped with prociuto ham and a tasty light sauce. Highly recommended for the best Fado and far better than average food. Fado starts at 9pm.... so dont come at 7pm. Reservations essential.

6/10We arrived at 19;32, on time . Very disappointed that fado didn’t star as scheduled and disrespectful waiter service and discriminatory. Waiter confront me in regards of the service provided. We left restaurant 21:00 without any fado show. Just being victims of waiters disputing for the table. Bad management and senior waiters think they are king of restaurants. Food was good but I would never go back again and not recommend to anyone. There are better service and good fado in other place.

10/10Great Fado show with 3 different singers and one show only guitar, great food (best I had so far in Lisbon), great service with professional waiters (funny and spirited also). Loved it and definitely recommend.

10/10An old cultural tradition that’s incredibly unique in a rapidly changing Lisbon. The perfect blend of art/entertainment and socializing with good company. Excellent service and performers. 10/10
