SCAMMERS: We went to rhe restaurant with -50% discount from the fork and ordered mains, desserts and a couple of drinks. The menu showed that some of the positions we ordered were with 30% off, 20% off etc. but as per The Fork's terms we thought that we're going to get 50% off from the original price. Unfortunately, we were billed 30 Euros more than we should be, along without the waiter's rude attitude that it's our fault, because only some of the positions are under Tge Fork's discount. Of course, that was totally untrue but we just wanted to leave this place, socwe ended up paying. Food is not the level you could expect in one of the most famous cities in Italy. It was just meh.

We had a pleasant meal in Cocoà Bistrot. The staff was friendly and helpful. We all had very good pasta dishes. It’s on a nice little back street in the city center.

The place was in a quiet yet beautifull street, with proper decoration. The staff was very friendly and the food was great! The portions are of good size.

The restaurant was really nice and ambience was good. Food not as good as expected as I did not realise offer only work on half the a la carte menu.

Nice looking place with bland food. For the first time in Italy I had to put spices to make my food taste better. Even lasagna was insipid. Wine was good though. The vibe in the place is so heavy. The guy who was looking like the owner was so unhappy. The best thing about the place is our cheerful waitress Tiziana.

I felt like the quality of my orecchiette wasn't top notch. I haven't tried the rest of the pasta, but that specific dish could be improved. Everything else was wonderful :)

We selected all the dishes available through the application. However, the final bill was higher as some items were not eligible for a discount and came from a separate menu, a distinction not made clear within the app. Please be aware

As an Italian I was quite disappointed for the portions and the quality. I would be happy to find such a restaurant in central London, but not in the heart of Bologna. the high reviews are probably twisted by the high number of tourists who don't have a clue about what they can expect from the capital of the Italian cuisine.

The food and service were good. However, I found extra tax charges of 15 Euro on a bil of 30 Euro !! I was about to pay,but I clarified and objected the unrealistic charges. The waiter changed the fees fro 15 to 9 claiming that he put service fees for my young kids by Mistake.. So be carful on this point..

We do not understand why they made us pay 3€ for service instead of 2€ as the menú said. We are so disappointed. The food was ok, but that dish do not cost that amount of money.

Terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. First, the waitress took for ever to take our order even after we called for her. She looked at us and just ignored us. After we finally made our order, they brought the appetizer and first dish at the same time. So my partner had to eat her pasta with the appetizer at the same time. My main course never arrived, I waited 30 minutes for it and it never came. When I stood up to pay, and told the cashier about my plate, she didn’t even acknowledge the fact that they forgot about my plate. We paid 28€ for an appetizer, a simple pasta, a water and a coke. We have lived in Bologna for nearly a year and have never had an experience as terrible as this one. We also did not receive the fork discount offered

The staff paid a lot of attention to the local business people in to have lunch, and unfortunately no where near the attentiveness to the only two English speaking patrons (us). The restaurant is definitely more geared to locals. The food itself was very mediocre as well. Not a good experience.

Efficient and friendly service and cozy space. We loved the food, you have to try the tagliolini con gamberi and the traditional tagliatelle con ragù.

We expected good food, but my lasagna was heated up in the microwave. Why not heated up in the pizza oven?? The atmosphere was very good and pro gay!

Food was very disappointing and was not fresh. Both the parmigiana and lasagna were cold and clearly had been defrosted, not made fresh. We told the waiter and he did not deny it had been defrosted.
