Good food and coffee. Quaint cafe, friendly staff. Recommend for breakfast/brunch or whenever you crave a crepe or galette.

The Dutch lady galette was delicious, and so was the crepe "Gigi". I also had a chai latte which was just perfect! The atmosphere was cosy and the two ladies who were serving were efficient and lovely. A great experience overall. La galette Dutch lady et la crepe Gigi etaient delicieuses, et le chai latte juste parfait. Le feeling du cafe est tres cosy et les deux employees qui m'ont servie etaient efficaces et tres sympathiques. Une tres bonne experience.

It was very nice. Lovely ambience, yummie food, nice staff. You habe to reserve, it is a very small bistro.

The crepes and the galettes were delicious. It is a small restaurant I advice to book a table to be sure. The service was perfect. I really recommend Cocotte.

Cocotte by Hexagone is a classic French crêperie set inside a traditional Amsterdam house, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Brunch Galette is highly recommended: delicious, perfectly made, and filled with excellent salmon and other quality ingredients.

Very cosy and atmospheric places. Girls at the counter speak French - a music to my ears) The galettes are perfect! Highly recommended!

The food was good, it was very traditional and authentic. The ambiance was very nice and very cozy, a little small though so it felt a little cramped when the restaurant was full. The service lacked a little, to serve our food it was super quick, which was appreciated, but if you want to order anything else, no one will come to you and you have to request it, better to order everything at once. Overall it was good!

Homey, cute and welcoming. It travels you in France. Delicious original dishes ( galettes, crepes) and homemade desserts and juices. A must to go in Amsterdam.

Nice place, very simple. The crepes are traditional, yummy and not overpriced (although they are small). The crepes are lacking a bit diversity if you are French or Breton or just a regular crepe eater. The place is quirky, which is nice but that also means the tables are very close to each other and that the all restaurant get cold when someone opens the entrance door

I checked the website before making the reservation if the place is vegan friendly. The website says: "Cocotte wants to satisfy you in the best possible way. By adapting to your dietary requirements, whether by choice or obligation, Cocotte will suits you. Cocotte can be vegan-friendly, lactose-free, gluten-free or whatever you need. Cocotte Team will be glad to adapt as best as it can to ensure you a precious time!| When I arrived with friends, I was told (after a long wait) that there aren't any vegan options on the menu. No effort was done to make something off the menu. Please be more transparent about your menu.

The crepes were all quite good - especially the buerre sucre. Food came fast as did the drinks. Nice gezellig spot in Centrum for 2-4 people.

This place is way overhyped. Waited 40mins to get 4 premade pancakes, 4 coffees, two pots of airport jam, 4 eggs. The bread is good though. Paid 120 euros to feed 4 people the most basic of breakfasts. Terrible deal for the money.

The food was delicious and the waitresses funny and warm.

Hiding in plain sight - what a gem. The authenticity was nearly overwhelming for my husband, who is from northern Spain, and found many similarities from what his grandmother made in his childhood. Everything 100% homemade - portions may seem small at first, but you quickly realize we have come to expect huge portions. Once you finish, you realize the portions were perfect. Een aanrader!!

Nice little restaurant, out of the main drag. We both had omelette which were nice. We were not sure on arrival whether it was waiter service or yo go in and order, but friendly staff when we asked.

This restaurant and staff are a delight! We really lucked out with this find. The crepes were delicious - we couldn't decide. There were four of us, and we had to have a fifth to share! The staff were so kind. It started our day off on the right foot!

A little gem in the busy center of Amsterdam. So cozy with just few tables and excellent traditional crêpes and patisserie. The Tarte Tatin is a must go for, it is so delicious! Very friendly owner and staff. The service is efficient and smily. We had a very pleasant moment at Cocotte and are looking forward visiting again!

What an experience! The food was incredible. The owner told us to try his grandmother's recipe and it was incredible. The best part? He is having people who try his grandmother's recipe write a little note to her in a book. After he gets a lot, he's giving the book to his grandmother. ❤️

The place is super quaint and the waiter was polite and friendly. He cooked all the food as well! It was a little piece of Paris!!! I had the crepe with cheese and ham. He said it was just what they’d make in France and he was spot on! So go there!!!

Cute restaurant in the Jordaan with a great range in the menu. I highly recommend booking in advance, because the tables go fast! The service is also lovely!

Coffee and food were fine but wait staff were very slow and weren’t paying attention to details like giving us utensils, bringing menus or remembering parts of the order. Otherwise it was fine

The service is good, you feel welcomed. However, the food is extremely disappointed! Basically, the cookers have no idea how to do Crepes. Advices: Try to find someone who really know what he/she is doing in the kitchen.

Real crèperie bretonne - excellent kitchen, nicely presented, outstanding service - everything to perfection - if you like Crêpes, coffee, chocolate or cakes this is the place in Amsterdam :-)

Very nice place with really good coffee ! We had the sweet Crêpes and enjoyed them! We had a 50% discount and can fully recommend! The full pricing might be a little bit over the top. Service and Location are just awesome!
