We had a lovely and tasty typical alsacian dinner with some lovely wine. The waiters attended us perfectly with smiles and good advices. We definitly recommend and are eager to come back :-)

We have eaten here before three times. It seemed much as before, a little slow on a chilly day. I wonder if it is time for a revision of the menu? But still large portions of hearty food, and good value for money.

This place is unique, and well worth a visit for its robust heart warming food and montagnard ambience. Specialities include cocottes and cheese dishes. Super desserts. Do not expect small portions.

Folloing the book bt rock stein i decided to find this hidden gem and it was worth it the wild boar stew did not dissapoint as did the cheese fondue. Owner allowed us to stay the night in the motorhome.

Ambiance montanard, atmosphere convivial, international. We enjoyed our meal very much, but beware, the portions are huge. And the access is via a long narrow but well surfaced track from the main road.

Nested in the middle of nature and up in the Vosges, the family owned restaurant serves traditional Alsacian cuisine. Great service, ‘home made’ quality food and cosy environment. Great hiking trails nearby. Pet friendly ????

We have been there during a bike trip as a group of 4 (30m,30m,30m,31f) and enjoyed different meals and the nice location deep in the forest. Would absolutely come again and recommend this restaurant!
