Staff so friendly and made our first night in altea memorable.. menu extensive. I had scallops for starter and prawns for main , nice big portions . Recommend these .

8/10Restaurant is wonderfully decorated with lots to see. The service was ok, could do with a dedicated waiter per table as not consistent. Food was tasty, slightly expensive but fresh.

10/10We live in Altea which has so many restaurants but Columbus over many years has always delivered excellent quality food. Never disappoints! The salmon on the stone along with the steak is cooked to perfection! The menu is diverse and yet always served fresh. Your kitchen works incredibly hard always to deliver good quality meals. Staff mega attentive and accommodating!

7.5/10Food amazing as always, booked so no waiting however the service was not up to it's usual standard as we ordered desserts and drinks at the same time and by the time we had finished dessert still no drink had arrived and we had to remind them

10/10We visit this restaurant at least once a year when we fly to stay in Altea. It has been my favourite restaurant for many years, even before it changed to Columbus, when it was Tutti frutti!! The staff are friendly, food delicious and not badly priced in my opinion. The decor is Great, lots to look at ...go visit...it's worth it!!!

8/10I made a reservation online. Arrived and staff seemed to be stressed even though not many customers and could not initially find reservation. Food was of a good standard. Forgot one of the desserts had to remind them. Toilet facilities not clean and flush broken in the ladies, had to use the gents. Could improve on customer service i.e smile and less dismissive.

Brought a friend for a birthday treat. She was amazed at the novelty of a ‘ships’ decor. Food was really good although we can do without the ‘macdonald’ style fries (thats just our personal opinion). Staff friendly and attentive.

5/10Low quality/price food. Big quantities, but not refined at all for a high price. Bad service, nobody is smiling, the waiter disapeared every time we wanted to order something, until the end of the meal. A tourist trap to avoid.

10/10Absolutely brilliant place to eat. The restaurant has so much character and charm. If you sit on the terrace to eat the sea views are spectacular.
