6.5/10An excellent start with wonderful amuse Bouche, then 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. The best was an appetizer with mussels which did not qualify for the Fork’s 30% discount. The vegetarian entree and a fish dish were very average. Two glasses of wine and the total came to 96 euros, too expensive for an average meal.

10/10Excellent food and excellent service. Our waiter did an excellent job explaining all the meals to us and were very accommodating for my wife’s gluten allergy. All the food tasted amazing and at no point during the service were we hurried or rushed. I would definitely dine at this restaurant again!

10/10The service and the food could not have been better. We loved that all foods were in season and local. And we really enjoyed how the waitstaff chose a bottle of wind for us. Fun and delicious!

10/10Absolutely as wonderful as all the other reviews suggest. Each bite was creative and delicious. The quality of the ingredients was outstanding. The service was exceptional—so much passion for the food and wine and eagerness to ensure a memorable experience. Would recommend to anyone and cannot wait to return.

9/10It was some of the best service we have received anywhere in the world. The food was delicious from the amuse bouche to the dessert. Where can you get a pineapple coconut pickle dessert in a sweet tomato? I don’t even like tomatoes for dessert but how can you not try something so creative.

10/10Small restaurant tucked along a busy street with large windows showcasing Notre Dame. Great service. Seasonal, rotating menu utilizing fresh ingredients and interesting blend of flavors. The snails offered a unique experience as you had to eat the whole thing, shell included. Surprisingly very good. The veal was amazing. The carrot purée is s something we agreed we have to learn to make it home. Wine selections were made following a set of questions from our server who then tries to understand our very specific likes and dislikes. Very nice touch. All in all, would return here again .

10/10Absolutely adorable small and cozy place with rather small menu of 4 positions for starters and 4 for main, yet well curated. Every dish is somewhat culinary piece. The place doesn’t have a wine list but rather wine pairing is suggested based on your taste preferences. Highly recommend.

6.5/10Booked through the fork. Most items don’t qualify for the discount. Good service. Not the most comfortable atmosphere. I had a much better experience at the sister restaurant in the marais. Food was just okay. Not as expected

Only 1/4 starter, 2/5 main and 1/4 dessert doesn't qualify for the discount, to put it in simpler terms for you, 3 out ouf the four starter we have, 3 out of the 5 main and 3 out of the 4 desserts do apply for the discount ! We had a just a few moments to eat and then attend a show near the restaurant. They let us know which things on the carte would be the fastest and all the choices were amazing. Also the house cocktail with vodka & lemon was so tart... yummy!

10/10I'm not going to post a photo of my food. Just going to say that this restaurant is amazing. The food was divine. The sommelier does not recommend wine, he asks a series of questions and depending on your answers he brings a wine. If you don't like it he will take it away and bring the wine list. The wine he chose for us was perfect.

9.5/10Comme Chai Toi is a charming spot with a fantastic location right across from Notre-Dame. Once the cathedral's restoration is complete, the view will undoubtedly be breathtaking. The cuisine was impressive, and the service was attentive and professional, meeting high expectations. The dishes and prices are what you’d expect from a restaurant, but the atmosphere leans more toward that of a lively bar. While the energy of the place may appeal to some, we were hoping for a quieter, more romantic ambiance to match the iconic setting. Still, it’s a good choice for those looking to enjoy quality food with a view in a vibrant environment.

7/10We visited the restaurant last year (2023) and were blown away by the menu and the food. We returned this year expecting the same however we were upset that the menu was very very similar, and unfortunately the risotto (main) which was €29 had absolutely zero taste whatsoever. I was very surprised given the quality we had experienced last year. The starters were ok, the staff and service were lovely but we were very upset by the lack of taste.

However, we are saddened that you didn't tell us that in front where we could have done something for you, such as remaking the dish or serving you another one ! Lastly, as we work only fresh, seasonal and local products, if you come once a year at the same time, the products well be similar because of seasonality ! 10/10This is an excellent restaurant serving French food and has been Artisans Militants de la Qualité of le Collège Culinaire de France in 2023 and 2024. The wine seems to be a bit overpriced but the trout and duck we had is highly recommended.
