We had a layover in Brig for a couple of hours as we travelled from Zermatt to Milan and needed somewhere to get dinner. What an unexpected delight this place was! All 3 pasta dishes we got were excellent, and the service was very good as well. We would recommend Commerce to anyone in Brig.
