5/10A lovely welcome. The starter (carpaccio of trout) was well presented, innovative and tasted good. The main courses were both poor. Badly balanced and in my case, impossible to eat. I had fresh water fish with trout eggs. In reality it was a piece of fish floating in a beige sauce with little orange eggs bobbing about. It didn’t look great! However, the fish was well cooked and tasty. Sadly, I had no way of eating the sauce with a fork! There were no vegetables on the plate. It did come with a side salad which was unpalatably salty. My husband had steak in a raspberry sauce. It was in fact, just steak in a tiny bit of jus. Nothing else. The restaurant caters for large groups . The ambience and service were what I would expect if I was on a coach tour. We have eaten in several Michelin recommended restaurants during our time in France, this restaurant was not one that I’d recommend yet it was the most expensive.

7.5/10The starter and desserts were excellent, but unfortunately the main course, both the risotto and the lamb chops were sufferable. The risotto with seafood looked more like a sweet and sour Thai dish. And the chops, even undercooked, were fibrous. A pity

4.5/10Restaurant changed time of reservation. Starters were good. Main dishes lacked seasoning and we're not good. We ordered fixed menu but were overcharged the a la carte prices. Main server taking order was rude and unaccommodating, little server with curly hair was good.

5.5/10This restaurant is in a Michelin guide, but it had nothing common with it. The food was very middle, the ambience was like in the cheap fast food bistro… it was the worst restaurant from Michelin guide from our experience.

+5We arrived early for our 7pm reservation and waited 5 minutes in the hotel lobby. We were seated in a small section by the door and lobby. Very disappointed with the seating location given that they just opened and the entire place was empty. This small cold area with 4 tables has multiple sound systems playing different music from the other areas which is problematic. Two people in our party have hearing disabilities and it made the dining experience very poor for us. The food was ok but not to the level of Michelin. We had the 3 course menus. Some of the food temperature was cool. I did not particularly find the steak to be great. Perhaps the rare was a bit too rare and the dish was not hot. The potatoes were very good and served hot. My daughter got the cheese tray and it must of been the first slices of the night. She turned the pieces over and you could see they were dried out ends. A bit disappointed in the overall experience.

9.5/10My wife and myself within 2-3 days decided to go to Chamonix for a few days walking. We found Chamonix overcrowded because of a big fun-run, that is if you imagine yourself to run around Mont Blanc a distance of approximately 170 kilometer. short of hotels we ended up at Hotel Morgane with the astonishing nice restaurant Comptoire des Alpes with superb food and a group of very knowledgeable and nice staff

10/10We had a wonderful evening! First, the restaurant decor was quietly beautiful, serene, elegant and warm—very much in the Scandinavian spirit of hygge. Service was welcoming, courteous and efficient. The seared seabream was spectacular, and the wine-by-the -glass was well curated—we just wish the pour was more generous. We’re not big drinkers, but this was the shortest pour we’ve ever had. The food was definitely high quality with great attention to detail in presentation, nutritional value and temperature. We highly recommend and would definitely come back!

9.5/10This restaurant was a real find. I didn't expect that much. However a dinner set of three courses was a piece of art. Rhubarb with dill...wow!! Such a creative combination! It was a bit weird though to be almost the only one visitor of the restaurant sitting along the road but probably it was Monday. Thank you chef!

10/10A very reasonably priced high end dining experience in Chamonix. Starter, cocktail, entre, wine and dessert for about $110 per person. Excellent wine recommendation and perfectly presented dishes. We will be back.

7/10We had a booking at 8PM. Were shown to our table and waited 20 minutes before a waiter arrived to give us then menu and asked us if we wanted something to drink. This was after we had told the head waiter that we had not received service. We were told that we had to order desert together with main course or else no desert. Another waiter brought us the desert menu after the main course.

10/10Our experience was exceptional, and far exceeded any expectations (it was a birthday and we are so grateful that our experience was so great). The ambience, service and presentation were fantastic and the desserts were some of the best we’ve had. A big thank you to the whole staff, they were all fantastic.

Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. The food was far from what we expected. The service was poor, with the waiters not able to recognize our orders, no attention to our needs or satisfaction.

8/10The menu is very limited. We are told it changes with the season. Service is pleasantly attentive. Portions are not large. Presentation is stronger than preparation. It was a pleasant dinner but not particularly memorable.
