food was very delicious! The waiter was very friendly, explaining each dishes. He also suggested us a Porto Wine Spritz...first time I tried it. It was great!!

Amazing food, when I offered a bit more of my risotto to my sister she jumped at the chance. The croquette starter is wonderful, I could've eaten a of each! Super helpful staff, when I asked if they had any schnapps - they didn't - she came back later and told us where we could buy some and gave us directions. On top that - excellent price, worth every penny.

The food was blend with no taste, super salty and quite pricey for what we got I wound t recommend going here

Great dishes, the waiter was really nice with us. Sadly the card wasn’t translated in English and my translation app was wrong so we take a really long time to choose

Overall good food and service dessert was particularly good. Very nice ambiance tucked away from the main roads. One minor annoyance was that there were no drink menu with prices, on the plus side what I was served after recommendation from the server was quite good (slightly pricey though) The Fork discount applied without asking.

On a wet Monday evening my wife and I showed up at Conselheiro.What a fantastic place. Our young server told us all the menu items and wine list. We had a starter of pork and bread my wife had a shrimp rissoto and I had chicken friccasa . We both loved our food and wine and loved how everything was so well cooked.When visiting Faro again we will be back at this small hidden gem again.

Good food but nothing spectacular. the owner was really nice and kind, gives you a nice sensation of homie dinner. We got welcome drinks as well. Overall a good place.

Lovely evening at Conselheiro - great food and wine and we were looked after really well by our host who gave us some great recommendations.

Lovely dishes, made to order with care. Tuna with delicious onion sauce, and feijoada with juicy prawns. We had a very good Algarve wine also, more expensive than the norm for local restaurants, but it was worth what we paid for it. It's traditional food with a twist, recommended.

We were there for a night in Faro, and we decided book a table here because of the high rating. We were very disappointed because the service was very very very slow (1+ hour waiting). We asked the waiter for a wine that they promoted as wine of the week and he didn’t know anything about it. Plus he didn’t even speak English nor Spanish nor Italian (nothing beside Portuguese). the problem with the food is that it is not specified what is inside the plate such as herbs (like coriander) and other condiments.

Great decor, lovely paintings. The food unfortunately was lacking and the service slow. The employees although very friendly, provided a slow service. This could be overlooked if the good was stellar, unfortunately that was not the case. . The menu was reduced and the quality below expected

The food was very nice and the waitress was very friendly and informative. My only fault was the menu is very small, not too much choice, but they did have a few specials of the day. Overall I would go back.

Ws pleasantly surprised the restaurant was cosy , good service and excellent food , what attracted me to this restaurant was the chef / owners story what inspired him to open this restaurant. THE CHOCOLATE AND CAROB MOUSSE WOW AMAIZING
