Convivial is not just a restaurant, it is a place where you go to contemplate a way of life that is rooted in sustainable efforts -- where you can feel immense gratitude for the work put into each dish. It was such a privilege to be able to dine here and to experience such a laid back atmosphere. I recommend the 5 course tasting menu and to make a reservation for earlier in the night when they are less busy. Enjoy!

Fabulous cuisine, expertly prepared and presented. We selected the five course chef menu which was outstanding with locally sourced ingredients. The egg starter was exceptional. They have only recently opened at a new site in the centre of Tuscania and I am sure their reputation will grow.

Eating at Convivial is exciting. I went with my visitors and we loved it. Warmly welcomed, we felt at home from the start. We watched our three "hosts" prepare and cook each dish and were served by them in style. If you think eating out is a voyage of sensory discovery, then this restaurant is for you. I like how they opt for local suppliers and concentrate on how different flavors and textures either blend together or link up - or how they can still stand apart, resisting identity loss. My compliments!
