9/10Service was excellent from all attendants, from the reception to the food service. Imran was particularly friendly and informative. Food is good and we are definitely happy we went. Every dish was good or great. If in Siracusa, you can't do better.

7/10Food - awesome Ambiance - can be better, with more space between tables Service - very impersonal. As a person who does not usually drink wine, at least I’d like to be informed by the expert before being poured 40/50 euro wine glasses of wine. The waiting time between courses is ridiculous.

6.5/10The food is average. Out of six dishes in the course menu only two were more or less wow. It is definitely not a Michelin star, not even close. The restaurant design is uninspiring and dark. The service is ok although sometimes they forgot about drinks.

Everything was more than nice - the ambience, the service, the food, the wine, the music. My boyfriend had a birthday, so they made him a surprise. We were really happy to celebrate in this lovely place. Really recommend the place!

The worst service we have ever had at a Michelin star restaurant. Ever. Unattentive from start to finish: table sitting almost in hotel lobby, left us waiting after seating for 15 min without menus or wine, left glasses unfilled during entire meal, gave us different food despite us having the same set menu without offering aby explanations, offered us wrong coats when we left. Food was amazing. Unfortunately not good enough to compensate for the poor and completely disorganized service.

10/10We went to Cortile Spirito Santo to celebrate my partners birthday. We had the five course seafood tasting menu. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They dealt with extra requests graciously and with ease. I couldn’t recommend the restaurant more highly.

We were lucky to snag a reservation for this modern, elegant restaurant. The waiters were superb, the wine sommelier chose a perfect wine for us, and the food was unusual and delightful. The cuttlefish with little peas, bacon and sea urchin was particularly memorable. We also loved the scallops, caviar, celeriac and seaweed beurre blanc dish. The swordfish catch of the day plate was a delight, and the raw tuna with its roe on spaghetti afforded a delectable and surprising mix of tastes. The entire evening was a shining jewel of a dining experience. We were treated like royalty.

5.5/10The food was very good but unfortunately the ambience is quite disappointing. The restaurant sits in the middle of the hotel lobby and while we were there a large family checked in and the children were shipping through the restaurant passing our table at least 5 times. I quit counting. The restaurant area is quite crowded and there is extreme movement from the wait staff. There are tray supports moved to the table and away from tables almost constantly. The staff walk very quickly and I saw to events of staff bumping into each other. There were 8 staff all speed walking in the restaurant. It was very distracting and ruined our evening. It was so hyperkinetic it was like an old Charlie Chaplin movie. Very very disappointing. Additionally, we asked for our bill and it did not come so we readied. It took more than 15 minutes to get our bill. I needed to talk my credit card out of my purse, stand up and put on my shawl to get attention. It’s very unfortunate.

9.5/10I wanted to try their menu to see what the chef would like to showcase. The freshness of ingredients was the key (how do they get fresh fish in sundays?) and the food is much recommended. Very attentive and kind service staff.

10/10The restaurant was amazing. The service was warm and attentive from the moment we walked in. The food was fantastic. Inventive with local/regional ingredients, absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. The entire service staff was lovely, we particularly enjoyed Wendy and the Somelier.
