The service was extremely slow and although they have a short menu one of the item most guests wanted wasn't available. The second round of drink came after we finish the food. I will have prefer my wine while eating and not when finish eating. The food was nothing to remember. Just OK!

They came three times to ask us if we had finished our main meal, which it was obvious we hadn't. I felt quite uncomfortable, as if they were in a hurry to kick us out.

The restaurant is inside the Crown Plaza airport hotel. We were correctly shown to a table that was reserved for us outside at the waterfront. Menu only accessible by scanning a QR code. Not very easy to browse through and select drinks and/or wines. Menu is oké to select because it’s quite compact in choice. Quality of the food is good but it’s strange that a Thai fish curry is served without any vegetable, just a piece of monk fish (although perfectly cooked) in a nice creamy curry sauce with plain white rice. The grilled (whole) sea bream was good, served with Brunoise in olive oil and white rice, but it was nothing special that I also could have made myself at home. From the three desert choices only two were available so I skipped mine. Overall nice but not good enough to go.

After several very satisfying visits, this last experience was rather disappointing = we choose various tapas as starters (guacamole, humus, piquillos ....)which were delicious but for the main course we decided on shrimp croquettes (which we had already taken in the past) and these were just horrible : outside hardly fried and not crispy but weak, inside a mealy pasta with only a few shrimps ! also no fried parsil which us a must - when we mentioned our disappointment to the waiter he replied "they are now home made and should be like that" my reply : the cook should do some training in Ostend ! We very much regret this evolution

The drinks menu didn’t carry my order, (Oban). Took forever to get seated although we had made a reservation. Wait service was chaotic with different waiters for every course. Food took a long time to come out and was mediocre, at best. Had to wait more than 30 minutes for my wife’s dessert order to come. I had to ask 3 times where it was. My limoncello was warm and my espresso was cold! My whiskey I order at the end of the meal never arrived. For 157 € was a terrible experience. We picked the Crowne Plaza Airport Brussels because it had a nice lol and ambiance for the restaurant. We are staying for a week, and boy did we pick wrong!

Food was good - location perfect as it was close to the J&J offices. Sad thing was that 1 person had to check with the waiter why her food was so delayed. But nice of restaurant to offer a drink on the house.

From the website, you could not see that this is a restaurant situated within the Crown Plaza hotel. Athmosphere is a bit cold and some of the staff is close to arrogant. Choice of drinks and food is interesting.

perfect welcoming staff, nice table at the window with lovely garden view, excellent food well presented, no rush, evertything went smoothly exactly as we asked - when we left, we already decided that this is a place to come back
